Do NOT purchase FROM LIME VPN.

You cannot cancel your subscription with them, and they totally blank you out.

All they want is your money, how can i unsubscribe from a unsavoury service.

Very poor customer service.

Excellent user support, and good value product

I had to use support to resolve a connection issue. They responded almost as soon as I had logged the issue, then worked on the issue until it was resolved, which was more than one session. Very impressed with their support, I am a new user for LimeVPN, and so far so good.

AVOID LIME VPN - You cannot cancel

AVOID LIME VPN. I signed up and had some really issued trying to get it working on my Mac. Emailed their support and said they would help but couldn't. Asked to cancel and then got NO RESPONSE. Every month they are charging me the monthly fee.

Best Value VPN for Sout East Asia

i've been using lime vpn like been years, they are the most cheapest yet reliable vpn for south east asia for only $1 monthly, cheap doesnt mean their server and bandwith were oversell like some another hoster,
and for another thing to consider will be their support team that always reply in few seconds and willing to help us even if that was a mistake from our side

Vidyananda was very helpful

Vidyananda was very helpful. Many companies will not assist you if you have not already paid for a subscription. Well, I had a few questions. Which, I must admit, I'm a lead technical support agent. I prettly much knew the answer, I just wanted someone else to confirm my thoughts. Vidyananda, was able to assist me with my questions and even give me more options for a VPN purchase that is correct for me. Very nice work, Vidyananda, I appreciate your assistance! There are a few call centers out there that could take a note or two from your level of consideration. Keep up the great work!

Amazing support

Amazing support, they helped me set up a server and even remote controlled my computer for me to help me out. Highly recommend this product to anyone interested in vpn.
