Ordered an IN STOCK game and they never shipped it. After 2 weeks I asked about it and they said “it’s in the shipping queue and will ship very soon. I waited 2 more weeks and still nothing so I cancelled. They never apologized, just said that they gave me a “courtesy refund” lol. Not ordering from them again.

Don't buy from them. Charge for preorder and before shipping. Don't expect your item for 1 year. Thanks for taking my money and still waiting for my game. Horrible business practice!!

Buyer beware of both Limited Run Games and Sezzle!! I canceled an order that i made through Limited Run Games for TMNT Radical Edition (PS4), that kept being delayed month, after month, after month. I was informed by Limited Run Games that i would receive my refund through the third party Sezzle, which i made my payments through.

I reached out to Sezzle live chat support, letting the associate know that i've only received 1 out of the 4 payments that i made through them but, i was informed that i would receive the full amount in total. I was then informed that my case would have to go to another technical team for a "deeper dive" into the refund.

I will never order from Limited Run Games again, nor will i use Sezzle as a payment option. Both companies are scams and both customer service options completely suck!

I pre ordered the Jedi survivor collectors edition the day it went on sale. The game released today and they barely decided to ship my order yesterday with an expected delivery a whole week after the game releases. The only thing they actually made for this CE was the steal book and they still couldn’t get it out on time. Don’t Pre order from them if you want to play a game on Day 1 or even week 1. If they were to refund my shipping fee then that would at least make things better but still I do not understand why they take so long with the shipping. As I am writing this my package still has not moved from their warehouse. Out right lazy company.

This company has fired a very talented women because she followed someone on YouTube who's political views hurt the feelings of a trans women who by the way is a chomo sympathiser. And the YouTube is a trans women. How so many companies taking the word of some pedo over there own employee is beyond me. Should be ashamed when you're not even protecting your own employees.

I would never buy from this company. I do not understand why anyone in their right mind would buy from them. They are slow, horrible customer service and screwed over customers' orders.

This is a broken company, I bought dead space remake collector's edition, but they sent my item to the wrong address miles away (with correct tracking details, how can they send the item to the wrong place) so I have to negotiate with the girl who received my delivery by my own.

after all that, there is no compensation available at all although I spend an entire afternoon to solve the problem. not to brag but for anyone who can buy a collector edition game, money should usually not be an issue, so all I want is the attitude, a digital copy or vouchers are both okay to say "I am sorry" rather than a useless email of "we sincerely apologize"

Btw I paid 130 dollars for the international delivery and I also bought delivery insurance. And the marker statue is glued by two parts and made in China which made me think they really didn't take this seriously and pay a little to the sweat factory to manufacture this kind of garbage.

Avoid at all costs. They are scammers and liars. They have blocked me on all social media platforms and they have also reported my social media posts. I don't care. I have had many reports of my social media posts and social media platforms try to also please the woke brigrade and it backfires. These retardE d incompetent ImbEcilic vermin also fired an employee for no reason. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. It is also reported that they buy the games and resell on eBay for higher prices.

I am satisfied with evidence I have seen that this company allows PEDOPHILES to dictate heir hiring policy. As a parent I find this extremely disturbing and refuse to support it in the name of my children's entertainment.

This company just loves to support scalpers by putting no limit on purchases. Don't get your hopes up and good luck trying to find whatever edition you wanted for over $2000 on ebay. They could just work on demand too, but they don't. Very sad business type, at least make more or do reprints so actual fans can get their hands on the CEs.

Bought the big box collector edition of castlevania to ps4. They say 7-8 month to ship. Hm... now its 1 year and 3 month.... and they never answer when you send a message.... but i have learn my lesson.... never buy from this company again...

Paid good money for a collector's edition game, and the game box was dented in and creased. I know it didn't happen during shipping because the box everything came in was flawless, as were the other 2 games. I reached out to them and a case was opened, but I have not heard anything back yet and it's been over 2 weeks. Shady company.

Pre-ordered the collector's edition for Dead Space back in October of 2022. I was tracking my package and it arrived a few days after what was expected but that's not why I'm giving them a low rating. They only shipped the base game... If I wanted to buy it like that I would've gone to Wal-Mart. I'm waiting on their support to email me back but for $350 this is unacceptable!

I ordered the special Edition of DeadSpace and have no game yet. Here we are on the 31st as I wait for my game which was delayed. This is unacceptable for how much I paid. At the very minimum the game should be on time. After this Limited Run won't see any more of my hard earned money. Now what's left is to see if the quality is any good when it arrives..

Ordered the Dead Space Remake Collectors and the game hasn’t even arrived yet. On top of which apparently they don’t send the REST OF THE CONTENTS until many months down the line… pay up front, get the game late, then send you the collectors months after you’ve played the damn thing. What a terrible experience! This is not an old title that’s being sold it’s a new game! (Ironic yes) Freaking GameStop has a better handle on these things go to them for collectors editions. First and last time ever with this company. PS: I think it’s terrible that they fired an employee for having a different opinion than them. Talk about weak minded fools that run this sham.

Dead Space is one of my all-time favorite video games and I was very excited to pre-order the collector’s edition for the remake. I pre-ordered the PS5 version as soon as it was announced by LRG in October. By giving over $300 to LRG prior to release, I knew I was taking a big risk, but my experience leading up to now has compelled me to share my frustration.

LRG promised release day delivery, but I received shipping confirmation for the standard copy of the game on the day before launch. My expected delivery date from DHL is February 9th… over 2 weeks after release day. For LRG to drop the ball on this is completely unacceptable, especially after giving them nearly $100 alone for shipping.

Now there are posts declaring that the Deluxe Edition codes which were emailed out this morning are not even working. They mislead people into thinking they were the full game in their advertising. LRG claims that you must have the game installed otherwise it won’t work. Well, seeing as how I won’t be receiving my standard copy of the game until 02/09… I’m left hanging around as though Isaac himself used Stasis on me.

From what I’ve also read on this Reddit, these practices and more appear to be commonplace for this company and I wouldn’t be surprised if this collectors edition takes even longer to ship than originally promised.

As a first-time customer of LRG, all of these factors have resulted in extreme disappointment. I was eagerly awaiting this game to play on launch and my dreams have ultimately been shattered. This will be my first and last order from LRG, so I will instead be cancelling further orders and doing a chargeback on this one with my bank.

Bought the Dead space remake digital collection for PC and Never got the game on release day, Still have not got the game. Also so far No Customer support has gotten back to me about the issue.

Pre-ordered the dead space remake and they didn't ship it out fast enough to get on day one, very disappointed, hopefully the collector's edition will be better if I ever get that.
