Well I just found out about the company from an article how they fired an employee because they were not a mindless drone who believed 100% of what they believe. I'm a huge gamer and love my old Atari... See more

Fired an employee for who she followed…

Fired an employee for who she followed on Twitter and something they had posted 6 years prior that they didn't agree with? Surely that is illegal. Who would support a company that does that?

I contacted Limited Run Games to see if…

I contacted Limited Run Games to see if I could get a copy of Super Bros 2 : (The Lost Levels) on the Famicom. I’m not into Doki Doki Panic. I was not so politely informed that they don’t do Japanese imports due to the invasion of Manchuria and the lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion in Japan. I was called a WW2 baddie and the person, I assume manager, told me that she punches those people. I tried to explain and she started barking and saying …”My body my choice. Get vacksed you Trumptard. You’re killing us.” She then proceeded to insult my penis size and call me an Incel. I’m just gonna download the ROM from you know where instead.n

I got a PlayStation from them

I got a PlayStation from them. Cameron timely fashion. However just learned that they audit their employees for mind control, making sure they check their thoughts and reading material. Asa strong believer in freedom of thought I would never buy from this toxic company again.

SERIOUS TRUST CONCERNS FOR EVERY PARENT!

I’ve heard that his company hides liberal extremist messaging in their games. Thought it sounded like crazy conspiracy talk. Today I learned (confirmed in a tweet by LRG) that this company fired an employee for following some conservative social media accounts. The fact that this, now former, employee also follows liberal social media accounts was apparently ignored by the company. Wasn’t good enough. SO NOW…. to me it doesn’t sound too crazy to think that they may be putting hidden, brain washing imaging in their games after all.

When Cancel Culture Collides With Leftist Authoritarianism

I would have continued to support them for years to come had they not allowed a random internet lunatic to dictate who is allowed to be employed there. A good community manager was very publicly fired and shamed for having personal opinions LRG identifies as wrongthink. The company has devolved from being beloved by many gamers to despised by them in an instant and it's all deserved. Pathetic.

Thanks Youtube!

I never thought I'd say this but Youtube seriously just stopped me from making a huge mistake. I was researching a couple of collector's edition games on Youtube that I was planning to purchase from LRG when another recent video caught my attention. Apparently, the owners of LRG just up and decided to adjust their moral compass to better align it with those of a purported pedophile. They even fired an employee that had the guts to disagree with their sick views. That's all I needed to see to know that this disgusting excuse of a company will never see another penny of my hard earned money. What a disgrace!

CHARGING TAX AND CANT DETAIL WHY

Started charging tax and cant prove they can legally.. I bring it up, and they decide to refund and cancel my order as oppose to providing evidence they can legally charge tax in my jurisdiction. After many years of supporting this company, i will never buy from them again after this experience.

Bad Service and Prejudice

Customer service is extremely slow and the games now distributed by this company are NOT what the market wants... hopefully it will pass into oblivion soon so its market share can be absorbed by a more competent and responsive company

SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN…!

Happy I Looked At Reviews Before Purchasing “Deadspace Collectors Edition” For PS5. Looking on the website; I noticed that they were selling an item that was SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE ELSE, which seemed fishy to me, along with them saying it takes roughly 9 MONTHS to receive your purchased product which just seems outrageous. Who wants to buy a video game and wait 3/4’s of a YEAR to receive it? This company should be sued and shut down immediately by the Better Business Bureau! (BBB)

Scam Store

Bought a few Games from them. They changed the look and what is comming with the Games in a long timeframe. I asked for canceling my order because it wasn't what they promissed in the first place. They denied both cancelations. This was about a year ago. Not gonna buy something from their store again. Saw a guy on youtube getting a Mushihimesama Cab and guess what? They changed the look of that as well.

Terrific business model but has a flaw

Terrific business model - sell physical copies of console games when the industry had become with digital downloads. And it worked for me; I purchased a lot from LRG.

Unfortunately it has now transpired that the firm supports pedophilia and will happily fire any member of staff who is opposed to pedophilia. Indeed it will do so on the word of a pedophile apologist and instigator. And LRG absolutely doesn't want to discuss, let alone deny the allegations.

Which does somewhat sour the customer-seller relationship; I don't like buying from pedophile-supporting companies. A shame, but it leaves the market open for someone else to take LRG's place. As long as they aren't a pedophile/pedophile supporter.

Discrimination and wrongful termination

LRG fired a female employee for having an opinion online and following naughty people on Twitter. They did this because a pedophile and serial doxxer and harasser tweeted at them to complain. Now they've stopped responding to support requests and turned off replies/comments on all their social media accounts. I've tried reaching them to ask about my own orders due to this fiasco, and they haven't replied in 10 days.
