We went on a 2 week cruise with the Limitless team. Great group of people. They made sure the group of 9 people from wheelchair, mobility scooters and one lady with walking aid were taken care of and making sure everyone was included despite some having different needs and doing different activities. They were hard working, always cheerful, always on hand, good listeners, and making sure you felt comfortable within the group. There was always a sense of fun, lots of encouragement and making everyone laugh which is always good for the soul. Thank you Limitless

Our first try at a sea cruise proved to be a delightful experience, totally due to the care and attention provided for my wife by the carers, David, Sain, Titty and Marek and the splendid arrangements and overall organisation orchestrated by Tour Manager Harry Wise. They all simply could not do enough for us, providing assistance almost before we needed it, and encouragement to expand our boundaries - my wife swam for the first time in about ten years. It was a pleasure for us to join the friendly group, and to enjoy being able to 'go with the flow' of activities arranged to suit all tastes by Harry, who even coped with an organisational transport problem thrown at him at the last minute. I didn't even have to bother taking photographs - a complete record was provided, mainly by Marek and David, which we could view each day after they introduced me to the delights of WhatsApp, which also enabled me to share pics with our daughter back in the UK and show that we were happy and safe.

I was accompanying my husband who needs to use a wheel chair. It was such a joy to have a holiday together and able to relax in the knowledge that all his mobility needs would be taken care of. Every day we enjoyed an outing. Each one was different and each one was interesting and or fun. The hotel served delicious food and the Carers and the Driver were excellent there when needed and good company as were the rest of the guests. Thank you everybody!

Everything was good carer's were brilliant very helpful coach driver's also brilliant trips wonderful. But could do with getting back to hotel latest 4.30pm so there would be enough time to shower and change for evening getting back at 5.30 then dinner at 6.30 wasn't enough time for disabled and elderly people to do that.

I chose this short break as a “toe in the water” test to understand what my wife would be capable of managing. Unfortunately it did not work out as hoped.
First of all I must say the Limitless team were excellent, helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to assist us.
That said the hotel room set up did not allow me to manage my wife very easily (track hoist in wrong position over bed meaning I could not get her into a good sleeping position where I could help with on-bed care - Limitless rep agreed to review the room and talk to hotel as necessary)
Evening meal was not an enjoyable experience. The dining “restaurant “ resembled a school/works canteen; Formica tables with no tablecloths. Our party was slotted on 2 tables but because of my wife’s wheelchair there was no way we could fit onto these tables. Rachel arranged for us to eat on our own in a separate room but the limited “pub grub” food on offer was not what I expected from a 4 star hotel.
We are used to eating out and enjoy an independent choice - this was not offfered as part of this break. I accept the need for organised activities which we can choose to participate or not but the ability to dine independently is something we value and this was not offered
We left early as this break was not at all suitable. Once again full marks to the Limitless staff but I hope we can look to a future trip where there is support we need but allows us more independence.

I was so unsure about booking this sort of holiday that I think my good manners forsook me. I think I probably sounded very grumpy and almost resentful, buy Milly treated memin a friendly and respectful manner. It took 3 goes before I booked something very close to home and I was not questioned. I just wanted to see places from a different viewpoint: disabled and accepted as such, instead of always striving to fit in and having to move at others' pace. Even better, Milly contacted me later, after booking to tell me the holiday had been reduced in price that day and how did I want the money. So I could request cash please as that will be an enormous help to my finances (I get pension credit).

So glad we found Limitless. Everyone from the booking experience onward was so helpful and patient.Marek, David and Trina were friendly, caring and always ready to help where needed. Thanks also to Rachel who made sure things went smoothly during our week away. Hopefully we’ll be booking another Limitless cruise soon.

The Limitless staff were very attentive and never missed any opportunity to give help even if it was not asked for.

This is the third time we have used limitless travel. Before we went to Paris and Jersey and booked the group travel option.
My husband Leslie is very disabled with Parkinson’s and I have had multiple hip replacements so find it difficult to look after my husband on holiday. So this time I decided to pay for a carer on our cruise holiday to Norway. It is expensive but it is the best thing I have ever done because I was able to enjoy the holiday as well and not feel exhausted all the time.
The staff who came with us Marek, David, Rachel and Trina were an absolute delight and there were 10 of us (customers) whom we got to know over the holiday. Can you imagine it, we were all able to get into a cable car at Olden, 3 mobility scooters, a walker, a wheelchair etc and view all the snow capped mountains at the top. Another excursion was a boat trip to view the fiords, spectacular.

From the first phone call I found the staff extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions to ask and each one was explained in detail. I also received a lot of information via email, I found that helpful because I can refer back when I need to remind myself all I need to know.
