Lincoln Limousine | New York Limo and Car service Reviews 

I booked this limo online as a surprise for my sister's birthday. It arrived on time and the driver was chatty and pleasant. However the Limo had a large dent in the side, It had scratches all along the side and had definitely seen better days. They had provided us with bottles of water but the glasses inside the limo were dirty and sticky. I would never use this company again.

I think this is at least the 4th time we have used Lincoln Limousine.
Absolutely fantastic service as always.
Very friendly staff in the office, and the drivers are excellent.
We would not use anyone else and would certainly recommend them.

Vehicles a little tired, would have liked them to come into the hotel/airport to say they were there and collect bags. All in all good service and on time. Polite drivers.

Car was not in great condition, however the car was on time and the service was smooth enough. Calls were made once baggage was collected and driver appeared curb side within 5 minutes.

We always use them when we come to NYC. Great service & cost. Very well run & efficient.

Driver was very inpolite, charge more that they suppose to charge, and the driver refuse to help with luggage. As a frequent traveller, this is bay far the Worst experience ever.

After waiting at airport for an hour in freezing weather,driver had no idea how to get to midtown Manhattan. It was one third More the Uber on the return trip.
Will never use again!

The driver was Friendly and deserve the 5 star. Company is very dishonest. I reserved a limo. Day before my flight someone called and ask me if I would rather have SUV and I specifically told them we wanted the limo. 5 passengers for limousine please! I wanted to take my friends and family for their first time in New York riding in style. When I looked for him at the curb he told me sorry limo broke down. And when I called sales they said they can't refund teh difference because the price is the same for SUV. That's not what it says on website for the cost. Never use this company! Disappointed with their value of product order. Thank you for the nice the driver though.

Very quick and accurate communication with great prices, we had to alter twice our initial booking because we were caught up with the closure of Brussels airport and our AirBnB accommodation was a slightly different address to what I gave on the booking form, that wasn't a problem and all my small alterations were accompanied with a confirmation email back from Lincoln. We booked for transfers to and from JFK to the Upper East side and the driver was there at the curbside waiting for us on arrival. The day before we were due to return, we had a phone call from Lincoln limousine to confirm our pick up. The driver turned up bang on time. We had booked a big car for 5 people plus luggage and it was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.Thank you for making our transfers hassle-free.

Car was very dirty inside with ripped upholstery. Outside was bashed and had been poorly touched up with the driver only muttering and saying nothing to us. Very poor experience unfortunately and we gave their name out to other people who were interested in using this company. We quickly contacted them and told them not to both an utter waste of embarrassing time

I prepaid an executive car to collect my wife and daughter from JFK. Once collected there was an argument about payment as the driver wasn't told I'd prepaid. So instead of a relaxing trip to Manhattan my wife was put on the phone to explain to an aggressive guy who was chasing my credit card details, despite that fact I'd already paid. She was most upset by this after an eight hour flight. It was a surprise gift to her which included a meet and greet service now spoiled by her experience. The driver, however was lovely. I then had to make several calls for an apology/explanation. No one returned my calls. I eventually spoke to 'Eddy' the manager who was rude and very aggressive but eventually made me a deal on my wife's return to JFK which included a stretch upgrade. This never happened and once again I had to call to remind them of their offer, despite having it in writing in two emails. The stretch never came and for a stressful half hour (once again with the rude, aggressive 'Eddy') we thought we'd be late for an international flight. Finally the ride came and the driver was good. But I could never recommend LL to anyone. I naively thought that paying extra for a luxury car would also give my family a luxury experience. How wrong I was. Two stressful and unprofessional experiences, expensive and not a single apology. Horrible. Welcome to New York!

The Quality of vehicle and timeliness of pick up were poor. The only positive experience was the courtesy of the driver.

This company provided luxury transport at a reasonable cost for my family. The look on my children's face when the limo pulled up was priceless. All my emails were answered quickly and the price was cheaper than the hotel shuttle bus. 👍

Driver did a great job! Was nice and way better than a cap.

I will never use this company again. I ordered a town car, and they sent a smelly, beat up taxi, which was 30 minutes late. When I called to inquire, they gave me attitude. Terrible, terrible experience. Never, never, use this company. They deserve to go out of business.

Miscommunication around pick up so after a 7 hour flight not the best start. Then when we found driver he told us he had to collect some 'leaflets' from a colleague this then ensued a wild goose chase around the industrial parks of JFK trying to find said colleague. This must have have added an extra 30 minutes on to our journey to our hotel and when you have been travelling for over 7 hours this isn't what we really had in mind. Wouldn't use again.

Tony our driver was the best part of our dealing with Lincoln Limousine. He was amazing...very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. However on the ride from JFK to the hotel in Manhattan our car broke down! After a 5 hour flight, this was disappointing. But Tony took care of us and got us to our hotel as fast as he could. He also was our driver on the way to the airport for our return flight, which was uneventful thankfully. I thought our experience with Lincoln Limousine was a good one, I would recommend.
