Been using Lincoln Limousine for years and they are always professional, on time, clean and courteous. Highly recommended!

prompt ; punctual; pleasant; roomy limo v clean cannot be faulted good value

We ask what would happen if we got delayed and was assured it would not be a problem. We got delayed at the airport but when we called the car hire they informed us the driver had gone home so we had to get a taxi. Stay away from this unreliable company.

Booked a stretch limo to pick up from Newark. I was on the plane in London waiting to taxi and they called advising that due to security issues at Newark no vehicles with blacked out windows were getting in there. They were sending a large nice SUV. Upon arrival was a small 5 seater vehicle, not an SUV and the price charged was $110! I didnt book for the way home and found a lot nicer company!!! I felt completely conned!

Pick up from JFK very poor, had to phone and search for 5 min to find driver,
Return pick up, 35 minutes late went to wrong hotel , again had to phone 3 times to find where our car was, would not recommend

We confirmed our flight and were advised they would track our flight number in case we landed early.
We did land early. 45 mins early. However they were 90 minutes late picking us up! Each call I made to ask on updates, I was told the driver was just entering the airport and would be with us any second.
I spoke to the driver, he came to us from Departures. So we were lied too.
We cancelled our return trip and got an Uber.

Our driver, Tony, was very friendly and courteous. He pointed out different aspects of the city as we drove from JFK to our hotel in Times Square. We were so pleased with our service that we requested him to take us back to the airport at the end of our trip.

Outstanding job dealing with the closed roads and getting us to the pier safely and quickly. Job well done we would use Lincoln again in the future.

Best limo service I have ever used. Polite, courteous driver - Tony, was amazing. Confirmation call night before and day of trip. Will use again and highly recommend!

The car was clean and Ahmed is very knowledgeable about the ways to get around the traffic. Traffic was horrendous but with the App he used it got us in the city and to our hotel with ease. He drives like a true New Yorker but we were in one piece without incident. I would use the service again.

I scheduled a car for 7:30 am. I was still standing there at 7:45. No call, text, or email to let me know if they were still coming for me or not. Ended up taking a cab instead. Waiting to see if they try and charge my card.

The main ladies were rude, told me they didn't know what my problem was. One lady yelled at me over phone and told me I am not allowed to change plans. After she yelled at me she managed to email me to continue the argument. We paid for a car seat since state law requires one and they showed up without one after we paid for it. Lastly we had to gps the hotel for the driver seriously that's why we hired you. They were told 12 people and they showed up late after we got back to dock. They are not worth the money or the gertuity.

Great experience, terrific communication, wonderful staff.

very smooth transaction from start to finish. MaryAnn is such an awesome individual who helped me plan our ride from arrival from JFK and our return flight as well. Both of our Drivers were all courteous and dressed professionally. I would really recommend them to all my friends when they visit NYC. Plus we rode in style in a Cadillac Escalade! I wish I can give more than 5 stars! Keep up the good work guys.

Was simple and easy. We got our bags & called and within a couple minutes they were there.
The driver Najam Din was one of the best drivers I have ever had. He was personable and very knowledgeable.

Professional service, picked me up at my home in Connecticut and transferred us to LGA in good time. Driver was friendly and even arrived 15 minutes early in anticipation of traffic delays. Very easy to schedule, good office communication. Will use service again when needed. Thank you!

The drivers are prompt, helpful, and polite. The cars are comfortable and clean. I live more than an hour away from the airport. They picked me up to go to the airport exactly on time and got me there with plenty of time to check in.
On my return, all I did was call and they were at the airport in less than 10 minutes.
Their prices are reasonable and fair with everything included. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again. Thank you!
