I don't normally provide negative reviews, however feel that I need to share this with others. Be careful that you are getting what you paid for and the genuine product - not a copy. I ordered a pair of Gucci stud earrings from the Broadway store. Upon collecting the earrings from the store (after waiting 7 months for them to arrive from overseas and numerous follow up calls), I immediately expressed concerns on their authenticity. The earrings were quite flimsy and there was no Gucci marking on them. I was assured by the owner Michael that they were genuine Gucci earrings. Not totally convinced, I took the earrings to the Gucci store in Sydney and my worst fears were confirmed. The earrings that Linda and Co sold me were in fact fake. I called and spoke to Michael and followed up with an email. Three weeks later and still no response, I contacted Fair Trading. It was only after Fair Trading became involved that I received a call from Michael and subsequently received a full refund. I was also offered a $100 gift voucher to spend in their store (for my inconvenience), which I vehemently declined, as no amount of money would compensate for the dishonesty and deceit that I experienced with with Linda and Co.

Staffs were polite and friendly. Great help was gained during the selection of products.

I needed a necklace pendant that I’ve work every day for years repaired, as the part that rubbed against the chain was getting thin. It was a very easy process, I was given a quote quickly and sent a text when my pendant was ready to be picked up.

Michael and the team have always looked after us so well. We truly appreciate the amazing service at Linda & Co Broadway!! Can’t wait to come back

I had been searching for a Seiko Samurai for a while and had done research and ended up organising a inspection yesterday. The watch was exactly what I was looking for, SS Prospex srpe35k. I had found the same watch with a better price at another shop so the jeweller I was dealing with David at Linda & Co at Broadway shopping centre store in Sydney matched the price and gave me a 5 year warranty on top.
