I’ve followed Robin (in the Balanced Life and then Lindywell) for over a decade, using the free challenges and the YouTube channel. I love how the company has grown to include breath work and nutrition features.
I finally felt that I was in a place where I was able to invest in a year’s membership in the app, and I love the features there.
Robin and her team are genuine, skilled, and very encouraging. It’s a no-judgement zone with mottos of “grace over guilt, progress over perfection.” The workouts are challenging but manageable and users can choose the length (10 minutes or more) and type of workout. If you don’t want to think about it, the calendar populates a workout for you every day.

I love the workouts, Robin is easy to follow & understand. I always do the suggested daily workout and I love it. No thinking, just doing. The breathwork exercise added onto the end is a great addition to my regime!

I appreciate the workouts, recipes, etc. I love that I feel supported in my journey. I also appreciate that workouts are attainable for my time. It is great that I can search times, workouts, etc. if I don't have time or want to do the one that is scheduled for the day.

I love everything about this program, the calendar makes it so easy and having the option to chose from the library if you are wanting to do something different or in addition. The videos are so easy to follow and know if you are doing the movements correctly.

I love the calendar! I don't have to make any decisions about which workout to do. But I also love the fact that I can search for workouts that fit with how I'm feeling or the length of the workout I want to complete. The grace over guilt and progress over perfection mantras have bridged over into other aspects of my life as well. Robin's easy going personality and positivity shine throughout her workouts.
