I have been a member for several years and I’m in my late 60’s. I love Robin’s approach. I do as much or as little as I want in a day, working around my walking, biking and swimming schedule.At the minimum I stretch out, but Im especially enthusiastic about weight training and strength building with bands. Whatever I do on a given day, Pilates makes my body feel better!

I love the calendar to guide me, but also having the option of choosing whatever workout I’m up for each day. The shorter workouts make consistency easier. And tracking my accomplishments on the calendars feels so good!

Its so great that everyday (if i want to) I can choose diffrent kind of training.
I can also chose not to if I have a bad day.
Or I can do pilates on a bad day and then I feel better just by doing 15 minutes.

Each day/night I get on my mat and spend 20-30 minutes doing the exercises, stretching, weights or working with resistant bands. When I complete my workout, I feel I accomplished something for myself, along with feeling stronger and more positive about my body.

I’m starting back into exercise after a long time of not being physically able to. Your 21 day jumpstart has been so helpful, no decisions to make each day, and easy enough that I’m not overdoing it as I ease into exercising again. My muscles are being challenged, but just enough that I have been able to come back the next day to exercise again. I’m so very grateful!

I love being able to be flexible in my choices for daily exercise. I can pick a short workout if my day is busy. I can choose a stretching video if my body is tight. Or I can try the daily workout if I want to be challenged. This keeps me consistent and committed.

The workouts have a relaxing feel to them even though they can be tough. They are a good balance of weights and stretching. Consistency is more important than intensity. You can choose a workout each day that suits your mood, time or energy level so it is easy to keep consistent. I am an active senior and I feel the workouts are a perfect fit for me giving me room to improve without causing me discomfort of pain. I am very happy with all the workouts so far.

I love that there are so many different routines that address all areas of the body and I can access them whenever I want. I love that the exercises are explained and easy to follow without any extra items if I don't' want. I love that Lindy is always incorporating new things like weights, & bands but also gives you options if you don't want to use them.

I like that Lindywell meets me where I'm at - daily. If the workout for the day isn't what I need, there are multiple other options. The instructors are always positive about showing up and making any progress, so I always feel good when I'm 'done for the day'.
