Fast delivery, great product! I recommend Lineonline.
Product and ordering process ok, and delivery was swift, but I was sent an eu model which was not compatible with uk without a cord being included. There was no reference to this. Sine the product was being sent to uk this should have been made clear
Working on site for 27 years this boot's best ever please to wear, light, comfortable and safe. Worth the money.
Delivery was a day early, great, trainers are very comfortable and don't look to clumpy. Good value for money
I couldn't find the parts I needed in the UK or on Amazon, but found them on Lineonline with out realising it was an Italian company, parts arrived with in 4 days of ordering from Italy. Excellent service and the parts are exactly as I needed.
Product is of high quality..the shoes i bought is really comfortable while working...fast delivery...fully satisfied...recommended a friend also....
Ordered welder from Italy to UK .Received within a week , good information about delivery from seller followed up with tracking details by delivery company . Item well packed . Quality looking build . Unit works well .
Ordered a lawnmower on the 16th July 2020, order went through ok with a confirmed delivery date of 22nd July 2020.
The first problem I encountered was, I had paid with a credit card and the value of the product on the lineonline.co.uk website was £289.90, I was obviously charged in Euro, so cost was £292.70 as well as being charged a non sterling transaction fee. There is nowhere on the website where it says this will be the case.
My problems from there only got worse, a week after my supposed delivery date I sent an email asking where the parcel was, I was told it was with the courier and would be with me shortly. 5 days later, with no parcel I chased again and was provided with a tracking number. I opened the tracking number and the parcel was "not moving". I chased again and was told they had chased the courier and would be with me early the following week.
Still no parcel...... I then phoned DPD to try and track the parcel myself and was told they had not received the parcel and it was still in Italy, the courier in Italy was saying it was in the UK. I requested a full refund due to the issues I was having to be told I would only get a refund once the parcel had been received back from the courier.
I have since chased on numerous occasions until DPD informed that the supplier had to resolve the situation and make a claim. I chased the supplier again twice and then had a response saying the item had been returned and they refunded me. The refund has been processed, but again due to the fact they have refunded me in Euro and not GBP, I am slightly out of pocket by £2.78 due to exchange rates. I cannot be bothered to try get this sorted.
I will never think about using them again, no matter how god the price looks.........
Lavor pressure washer purchased, after 2 months of occasional use the internals of the machine started to leak making it unusable. (youtube Lavor planet 170 ) I contacted lineonline, and was initially advised to contact the manufacturer. I provided video evidence of the leak. When I pointed out that my contract was with them, and that, as per EU regulations a failure within 6 months requires a refund, repair or replacement as remedy they said that they would need to inspect the unit and that I should return it at my own cost. The cost to return would be approximately one quarter the price of the unit. With no clear outcome once they carry out their inspection. If covered by warranty they would bare the cost of return, if not I would have to pay once again to have the faulty unit returned. The customer service people are completely disinterested, and unhelpful and wait until close of business each day to respond dragging out the whole process.
My options are repair at my own cost, negating the useless warranty. Or pay more money to return the unit, potentially to be told they wont fix it or just write off the expense and buy another unit elsewhere, either way I'm having to incur more expense. This is not how a warranty or customer service should work. Generally online retailers are very quick and helpful to resolve issues. Lineonline, disinterested, and unhelpful. Best avoided.
I have contacted Lavor (the manufacturer), in the hope that they place some value in the concept of warranty and their reputation -awaiting response.
Ordered a bandsaw was charged more than the grand total, I asked if I could cancel the order days later got a reply saying it had already been sent but they had requested a return to the courier. I waited a few days and asked when I would receive my refund (£710)
They said the item had just been returned to the warehouse and it was been processed... again I waited a few days and emailed them again only to get a reply they had not received the item.
I contacted the courier and they told me the item hand been returned and delivered as they requested and provided me with tracking and proof of delivery.
This company stopped replying to me, I contacted PayPal and they opened a case for me for a refund.... they did not even reply to PayPal, Thanks to PayPal I got a refund however I was out of pocket for £710 for a month.
Please note this company is not in the uk and you will pay more than the grand total.
This company if that’s what you can call it Is actually in Italy and has been my worst buying experience ever
For them to say they don’t have a item when they do and don’t want to give a refund says it all...
Was very happy with my Purchase it didn’t take long to come very good service
Although the website says co.uk item came from Italy. Delivery time was about a week so not too bad. As for the safety boots I am happy with them, although my previous pair was more comfortable even too soft to walk on but this ones are just right I think.
Very happy with the service, the item was well packed and the delivery was very fast. A++++++
UPDATE! 8/7/20
Goods received but without the promised advance notice. Have also had a reply from Lineonline that they did not receive the extra £9.95. these appear to be credit card charges - still not happy as the co.uk site is priced and paid in GBP!
Previous post:
Bought from the .co.uk website in sterling - or so I thought. (you should also check out the lineonline.it review page)
Charge to my card is £9.95 higher than the order value and now my card company has charged a non sterling transaction fee. None of this was clear from the Lineonline website. That was 7 days ago. According to my order status it has packaged and ready for collection by courier "within 24hrs" - for some days, but I have an email saying it is not in stock awaiting delivery from supplier. I can accept some "lost in translation" issues now I know its Italian based but if I order and pay in Sterling I expect that to be correct not for hidden charges to be levied. I also expect that when I buy an item that the website says is in stock for it actually to be in stock and shipped to me not for that to be a lie as it appears it may be. Hopefully the goods will arrive, I will get back my non sterling fee and overcharge amount - I will post again!
Absolutely fantastic communication and speed of delivery was excellent.
Good customer service. Great product range at value for money prices.
Very pleased with my two purchases.
Only difficulties I have found are receiving tracking numbers from the couriers, but can be forgiven, in these difficult times.
Items were delivered a little later than stated, but arrived safely.
Will be using them again in the future and would recommend to others.
