Buying my first motorbike :>
It was my first time buying real motorcycle, and first time second hand too. Kevin made everything smooth and easy for me, even organised pick up from station (I decided to collect it). Motorcycle is in great shape and I just fall in love in it. If I will decide to look for something different in future I will be looking at Lings website first.

Very disappointed in several ways
Booked bike in for a service, quoted £230 and when I turned up they had only done an oil change and said that’s what was quoted and they don’t do anything else on a service ! Charged me 1.75 hours at an extortionate rate aswell
I will not be using them again !
Just seen their response, chain wasn’t lubed no air filter change and bike had a flat battery so not sure what checks they did, absolute rip off !

We would, however, like to clarify that your service involved far more than simply changing the engine oil. As part of a manufacturer's scheduled service, our manufacturer-trained technicians carry out a comprehensive inspection of the motorcycle. This includes connecting the bike to the manufacturer's diagnostic system to check for fault codes, downloading and installing any applicable software updates, carrying out all required service checks, lubricating components where necessary, checking and adjusting tyre pressures, inspecting safety-critical items, and ensuring the motorcycle meets the manufacturer's service schedule. The oil and filter replacement is only one element of the work completed.
As an authorised main dealer, we invest heavily in specialist diagnostic equipment, ongoing manufacturer training, and workshop facilities to ensure your motorcycle is maintained to the manufacturer's standards. Unfortunately, these overheads are reflected in our labour rates, which are in line with the level of expertise and equipment required.
When your booking was made, the service price would have been quoted in advance. Had you not been happy with the cost, you were under no obligation to proceed with the booking, and we would have been happy to discuss this with you beforehand.
Over the past 18 months, many motorcycle dealerships have unfortunately been forced to close due to increasing operating costs. We remain committed to providing manufacturer-approved servicing carried out by highly trained technicians using the correct procedures, equipment, and genuine parts, and our pricing reflects what is required to continue offering that level of service.
We're sorry that you have chosen not to return, but we appreciate your feedback and wish you safe riding for the future.

Bit concerned
It went ok, my pickup was delayed which lost me a days wage at work, since picking the bike up I've noticed a scuff that looking back was there on pick up. I've emailed asking if there's anything that can be done and had no response so I'm concerned that they only care about selling and not helping after uts sold and they've got there commission.

Service was ok, could have been better with supplying more information about the delivery of the bike, but it seems to be out of the dealership heads to get delivery information. Due to KTM lack of communication.

Honest and proffesional = Awsome
There customer service is awesome, this is the 2nd bike I bought from them in a short time frame (first one was written off during an RTA) they are professional, extremely helpful and what I really like is the personal touch of them doing a quick video showing the bike you are buying (ether same model or actual bike) and making it a honest buying experience. I can not rate them highly enough with this.
