I'm skeptical when it comes to AI…

I'm skeptical when it comes to AI bots... but this one was ON POINT. I accidentally signed up for a more expensive plan, reached out to AI through their chat, and it was resolved and refunded in less than 4 minutes. Direct, immediate, to-the-point ACTION. SCORE: 11/10!!!

I am not a merchant; I make videos at my wife's concerts. This portal, which is a link aggregator, serves me solely to potentially centralize views on our website, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and our YouTube channel; nonetheless, I like the idea of having a link and a QR code that direct people to an address where there is a template with my links, my photo, and my name. Top-notch, fast, and 'supportive' assistance. 5 stars for me.

I had a problem with my password

I had a problem with my password, tried to solve this on my own, of course I had permanent access to my account but a new password did not accept it. At the first contact by email, my request was solved, where I could create a new password.

Best customer service ever

Best customer service ever. My concern and refund was handled with speed! It was immediate. Very thankful I did not have to jump through a lot of hoops. 10/10 if you want to pay for the paid membership, you should!

They don’t respond

They are so slow, actually not responding to anything. When you want to contact them in the support chat, the Ai tells you that they’re getting an actual person for ohh to chat with but no. You send as many messages as you want in order to get their attention but they never reply. Now I don’t know what you to do now. They are just the worst. Really horrible support team. They don’t do ANYTHING. Must not recommend using Linktree

The worst service I’ve ever subscribed…

The worst service I’ve ever subscribed to. I mainly joined for the auto Instagram DM feature and paid £18 a month for two months, running over 40 automations. During that time, I constantly experienced downtime, poor customer support, and unreliable performance. Yesterday the system completely stopped working. When I finally got a reply from online support, they told me to delete all my automations and set them up again which is impossible when you’re getting so many comments every day. Totally disappointed and cancelled my subscription.

Do not use them

Do not use them, they are just out for your money. I paid for them for three years without knowing until I realized and they would not give the money back for the latest charge. Run run far away.
