I had an issue where my Discord link on Linktree wasn’t working even after trying everything — clearing cache, different browsers, and recreating the link. The support team (Danilo, CJ, Lolito, and Hennjin) were incredibly patient and responsive.
They carefully reviewed my screen recordings, tested the issue on their side, and kept me updated until the problem was fully solved. Now my link works perfectly again!

Absolutely useless customer service that not solving any issues with login and one time authorization codes. They say everything works from their side and the problem only in paid users who supposed to check tones of spam/email settings... Absolutely irresponsible company. Never pay, never subscribe for their services it is worthless.

Garbage. AVOID. All our pages went down when we changed emails and never cam back on again
We changed our email address linked to our multiple linktree pages. This meant every single page went down (unbeknownst to us) until we verified the new email. But guess what.... no verification email was ever sent for us to verify, after 100 attempts.
Support was absolute trash to non-existant.
We tried to change our email back to the old one, the system wouldn't let us.
We logged out and tried to log back in, their system was so broke we never received the one time code to log in.
We never got access back to our many linktree accounts, all the pages went down and were never recovered, we regret the day we ever chose this trash company.
Don't make the same mistake we did.
Go elsewhere.

Horrible disgusting ass company that does not care about legal actions, honestly I don’t get why anyone uses this. Shitty help services too. Save yourself the hassle and report them directly to dmca because wow they could care less to help.
I am extremely frustrated
I am very disappointed with Linktree. Even though I never activated a paid plan, I was repeatedly charged $9. When I checked my account, there was no subscription visible under “Billing”, so I couldn’t cancel it myself.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the payments definitely came from Linktree. The only solution they could give me was to block my credit card – something I now had to do because Linktree’s support was unhelpful and unable to resolve the issue.
This is unacceptable. Instead of providing clear and competent assistance, the company left me with unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial inconvenience.
I will not be using Linktree again and strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting them with payment information.
Complicated user experience
I'm having a headache trying to do a simple design for my links, why does it have to be so complicated???? I decided to look for other alternatives this is too complexe and for what.

Impossible customer service wait times
Impossible wait times through their customer service chat. I was on the chat for over an hour and a half to resolve a login issue. The issue was only temporarily resolved. I logged in the very next day and ran into the same issue. I reached out to their customer service chat and did not hear back for over 4 hours. Totally unacceptable response time. Nobody has the time to sit on a computer for hours on end waiting for a response.

So scammy and unlawful - don't go there!
So scammy, unlawful and disruptive - they lure you into a plan and despite my efforts to cancel they have not responded.
