Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get ahold of them with no response. I purchased the warranty! And i can't find a phone #; only email to contact them.

The battery on the tracker expired after only 8 months. I contacted lintelek via Amazon and initial responses were good and then they stopped answering my contacts. So in summary if you want a fitness tracker that lasts for only 8 months and you don't expect any customer service then it's fine. Otherwise avoid!
I use Lintelek fitness tracker. It's comfortable and easy to use. Also the battery life is great. Lasts for days! I really like it a lot!
Very pleased with Lintelek. Would recommend to anyone.
