Excellent customer Service and high Quality Bags

I was panicking about getting an anniversary gift for my Gf cause I completely forgot about it and only had limited funds.

The bag got delivered earlier than anticipated and with excellent and effective customer service. The packaging was on point with all the authenticity Certificates. Looking forward to buying more products from Linvelles.

Trying to get through by phone as no…

Trying to get through by phone as no one is responding to my email about a refund and no one has been answering for weeks or returning my calls.I am very disappointed!

As you know that Royal Mail tried to deliver the item and they had provided proof of delivery as well.

Since then you have provided further information to prove that it is a case of a lost package which Royal Mail has accepted as well.

As these items are of high value, if any item is lost in the post then we have to fully investigate these cases which unfortunately takes time.

We really value our customers and take pride in providing great service. Unfortunately, we were switching our phone service provider which caused delays in answering your calls.

We will call you with an over the phone update with the aim to find an agreeable solution to this issue.

Bought a Gucci bag

After the purchase, I did not hear anything for 2 days so I emailed their customer service and i was told that I will get it on Friday which is tomorrow but i received my bag the following day. Well packed and professional. I am looking for more bags from their site. Five ⭐️ all the way .
