PLEASE READ.. D DAY 80 year anniversary

The last thing I want to do is this! But honestly I received a hoodie,, it was the wrong size,, I returned it recorded delivery I have photos to prove that and with a covering note inside stating all I want is a replacement in XL.. I have sent email after email some polite some not so,, this was now well over a month ago and still nothing.. the phone line doesn’t work its constantly busy 24/7 it states and the emails I received back states someone will contact you in 48hours!! Still waiting. I’m going to the 80 year d day anniversary in Normandy to honour my grandad who fought on that day and want to wear something for him.. well it looks like it’s not going to happen now. Disgraceful service, disgusting ignorance, I will be taking this further once I get the time

I have just sent you an email,

You requested an exchange in size on the 23rd March and we responded to you with a link to our return portal on the 25th. The returns process was not followed and you sent your hoodie to an incorrect address therefore causing the delay.

I am sorry for the delay but unless our returns process is followed we have no way of tracking or processing your return.

Excellent service.

I received my t shirts today and they were bang on perfect. These guys are fantastic and I will certainly be recommending them to all my family and friends.

I am a very frustrated customer trying…

I am a very frustrated customer trying to place an order & want to pay by PayPal but another bank account comes up. I have emailed Lion Legion but they have not replied. Devastated as this was going to be a birthday present for my husband.

I can see we replied to you within 20 minutes of your email. I have verified that Paypal was working on the day you tried to checkout.

We have both Paypal express and the standard Paypal checkout enabled, you must select either on the checkout page to proceed.

I've purchased a couple of tee shirts, delivery was quick, their goods are fantastic, they give to a charity, and I even had a letter from Lion Legion thanking me for my support. What is there not to like.Xxxx

As an Ex service man

As an Ex service man, I truly find these T-shirts and Jumpers right up my street. Made out of good quality materials and the humour is 2nd to none, brilliant. I will still continue to purchase items from this site . Lion Legion, and also who ever buys from this site are helping out our veterans. You cant get this clothing anywhere else.

Yet another great experience.

I have purchased a few shirts now and the quality of the fabric used is very good and the designs are well done. It's also the great way the goods come packaged and so quickly too that add to the amazing customer care you get. Will definitely be ordering again.

I bought a shirt from these

I bought a shirt from these. It was too big, so i requested a return. I was sent a link, put in my order no and it didnt work.
Emailed company again and was told to use the email address that i used to place the order and the order no.
I have tried several times with all 3 of my email addresses.
My wife has tried with my details, it does not work.
I emailed them again, no reply.
Found an 0800 no for them, no answer.
Left a message last friday and have had no reply!
Absolutely atrocious customer service!
I have now purchased a tee-shirt from another site, and i assume i have just wasted my money buying from these people.

Me I'm a patriotic English man who's grandparents and father have served. I have been looking for a company that makes good quality t-shirts at good prices. After seeing the advert on Facebook I'd thought I'd give it a whirl, and I'm not Disappointed with the end result, and the good thing is that the company is home grown, standing up for what I believe in, an England to be proud of.
