Liquid Expat were very helpful and professional from the very start. Although my case wasn't the most straightforward, being and expat, re-mortgaging my old home to a buy to let, also at the same time releasing some funds to buy another property, my new main residence in the EU, they have in all respect found me the best deal. I mean I have had over ten offers on my table, none of which has come any close to theirs.

I worked with Liquid Expat on my expat mortgage from Australia. I really found them to be very communicative and patient, the whole process could go as quickly as I wanted but equally they weren't phased or pushy when I wanted to hold before proceeding.
They provided great options for me, answered lots of questions, and once we proceeded they were able to look out and take advantages of lower rates even though the loan had been approved. I had particularly good service from Claire and I know John, Nicole and Liam were in the background helping things along also - probably others too.
All in all well worth engaging Liquid Expat, and looking forward to working with them on the next one.

Living in Canada and having a house in the UK on an interest only mortgage has been a horrible experience from bad advice 20 years ago. I reached out to some of the major high street banks with them all saying no it was not possible to get a mortgage if I was not living in the UK.
