Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. £75 was taken extra from my money and I still don’t clearly understand why.
I received many emails and links, but even now I still cannot find where to actually see my payslip. The whole process is confusing and not transparent at all.
Employees should be able to clearly see their payslip and understand the deductions from their salary. Right now, this system is frustrating and difficult to use.

No need of an umbrella company…
No need of an umbrella company deducting too much for no reason. Taking off all the cream, without doing anything. I had a bad experience with before and again and again do not understand why the companies are using umbrella company to pay the individuals
