Stay away from Liquor Stars.com. They billed my card immediately and shipped a partial 2weeks later. After a dozen tries of emailing and calling them, I finally had to get my credit card company to get my refund. Total scam. Take the time to read the reviews. They are pretty consistent in charging your card and not sending the shipment.

I ordered two bottles of Blanton’s June 30, paid for both, supposed to receive sun 1-3 business days. Today is July 12, no Blantons received, customer service doesn’t answer via phone or email. Customer service hours are 12:15-5 PST?? Sounds like a fake website and company to me

Even with the horrible reviews decided to give them a try. Was going great until a package got lost in the mail and they refused to cover it even tho there’s shipping insurance. So expensive bottle lost and no reimbursement! Then just months of arguing about it. Terrible terrible outcome. Avoid!

I placed an order for five bottles from LiquorStars.com on May 30. I received two bottles on June 6, a third on June 9, and contacted the seller on June 11 about the missing two. They responded and said they would ship them. On June 18, I received a fourth bottle—but the fifth was missing from the box. The shipment weighed only 4 lbs, far less than two bottles they stated were in the shipment.
I’ve contacted them multiple times since then with no reply. As of now (June 24), I still have not received the final bottle or a refund for the almost $600.00 they owe me. Buyers beware of buying from them, especially for high-end purchases!
This company has poor follow-through and even worse customer service. No one answers their phone calls and their chat does not work. If they make a mistake, you're likely to be ignored. I’d strongly advise against ordering from LiquorStars.com.

This company apparently doesn’t care about the lack of service they provide.I also was a victim of not receiving my full order so after trying to get thru to the scam phone numbers and no e-mail response no choice but to dispute charges on my credit card.won’t do anymore business with this company……

My item was received 2 weeks after it was suppose to arrive. When it arrived it looks as if has already been open and there is no gift wrapping that I paid for

So I made a large purchase from the website. They took their sweet time about getting most of my product to me. I wrote a review about the issues I had and then I got a call. After a heated discussion we finally calmed down and they agreed to ship me my last bottle if I would take the bad review down and I did. I have emailed them inquiring about when it was going to ship as I was told it was going to be delivered on June 3rd. I called yesterday and was sent straight to voicemail by who was supposed to be the owner stating he would let me know today what the status of my shipment was and still nothing. I emailed the website and they told me it was shipping the day I sent my email. I still have nothing. Nothing but a bunch of lies and excuses. I guess I will just have to contact my credit card company and file a complaint because I don't have my product or my money back. Never will deal with them again and I advise you to do the same.

Have done business with them and had no issues, then whomever is doing their text marketing sent me a price that was $500 higher than what was on their site, and then got snotty with me when I brought it to their attention. Then attempted to chat on the website and had another person who didn't know how to deal with customers. Too bad, their prices were good on the stuff I bought but I won't be doing business with them again. Fool me once.. buyer beware

My order was returned due to a bad shipping label. I assumed they would send it back out, after a week of nothing I contacted them with no reply. Contacted again a few days later, stating I would dispute the charge if not sent. They replied advising it will be sent out but if they see a dispute they won't be shipping. I waited a day and no shipping label or return reply that it was sent. Horrible customer service, I've ordered with many online liquor stores-this is one of three I would never order from again...

Worst company ever!! Never got my order filled in over a month ....no one will reply to email...customer service no answer....I lost over $200 to these cheats...don't buy anything from them!!!

Worst online liquor store company. They ignore emails and phone calls. They do not ship all of your items and still try to say they sent everything. I asked for proof that they shipped everything and send proof. CRICKETS. Just make sure you are in good standing with your credit card company to file a dispute and show them all of these negative online reviews for the past few years.

I ordered from Liquor Stars one bottle of Green Chartreuse and received it about three weeks later nicely packaged and without any damage! So I decided to buy another Chartreuse set( one bottle of green color liquor and one bottle of yellow chartreuse). I received half of my order, just one bottle of Yellow Chartreuse about three weeks later! Where is the other bottle and why weren’t they sent my order together?!!! It has been close to one month of emailing and texting and calling and no answer. Seriously people? How are you going to have business responding like this? You are going to lose all of your potential clients.
I am still hoping to receive rest of my order!

I took a chance on a 10-year aged rum from Liquor Stars and was not disappointed. The bottle showed up in perfect shape and the rum poured deep amber. Tasting notes of molasses, cinnamon, and toasted oak made sipping solo a joy. This place is a treasure trove.

I tried to buy two bottles , one jack daniels fourteen the other weller Full proof ask To change the full proof c y p b they said it wouldn't be a problem they'd send me a invoice for the difference in price I NEVER GOT A INVOICE! but they sure could email me more ad's to buy more products. Finally I called the CC company and disputed the charges. I just got the only email not a ad from them with a a $60 charge for my troubles. DON'T be a idiot like me!!!

Tried to buy a Four hundred dollar bottle of scotch. Couldn't get in contact with them for days. They said it had already shipped but had no tracking number. Said they didn't want my business going forward. Guess those tracking numbers can be tricky when they don't exist. Said they were going to refund my money. Fortunately caught this early. They never got my money because it was pending and the idiots hadn't shipped it yet. As for not wanting my business I'm bereft. You betcha. Beware of these ass clowns.

I have done business with this company 2 times with great results. This time my order was cancelled. The reason said at my request, which I did not do. I'm assuming it was due to the price increase online. They could make more money off someone else. Very poor business practice. They lost a customer over $40 increase on the bottle I ordered. If they decide to make good on my original purchase price I will repost my experience.

Don't get scammed by these guys. Buy from a reputable site. This one got me for $150.00

Total scam. You're lucky to receive what you buy one, two, three months later. Once the sale is made, they ghost you or blow you off with nonsense. I should have come to Trustpilot before buying anything there. And by the way all the 5-star reviews here are fake. They do not even try to look genuine, they are just balancing out the 1-star with 5-stars.
