Neil and Lisa were such an important part of our day - from start to end they were funny, attentive, creative, friendly and relaxed. And most importantly they take truly wonderful pictures. We booked with H&H photography pre-Covid, and when we sadly had to postpone they were wonderful - throughout the whole booking, planning, cancelling, rebooking and replanning they were cool, calm and flexible. It was really comforting knowing they were available for questions and concerns. On the day we had so many comments from guests about how great they were - it takes a lot to corral our family and friends and they took it in their stride! If you're looking for a fun and uber-talented double act for your wedding photography look no further.

It’s hard to review Lisa and Neil because they are so amazing, I don’t have the words that can give them adequate praise.

The first thing my husband and I said when we woke up the next day was that our photographers were one of the best investment we made on our wedding day. Here’s why:

Firstly, they are both incredibly lovely humans! They know how to make even the most camera shy feel comfortable and at ease. They are funny, and sweet and they make you feel like you are the most amazing, special and beautiful couple they’ve ever photographed!! You can tell they do this for each couple and still manage to make you feel like you’re unique - it’s a real talent that I think may be overlooked when people look for a photographer. They really know how to keep you smiling.

Secondly, they are experienced and know what they are doing. From our first meeting, where they made suggestions that helped shape our wedding how we wanted it, to the wedding day when they could herd wedding guests (it must be their experience with cats) to wherever they needed to be. They are also incredibly tactful - they handled little family spats artfully, taking the pressure off us.

Finally - the photos. Just wow. They were an amazing combination of artistic and dramatic; traditional wedding portraits; and beautiful candid shots. The photos came back before a week, which was incredible. When I posted them on social media my friends were blown away.

I’d also recommend paying the little bit extra for black and white photos as we felt like 1940s film stars when we looked through those! My husband even changed his profile picture to one of their black and white close ups as he said it was the first time he liked a picture of himself.

So in conclusion, if you would like a photography duo who make you feel like you are the most important couple in the world, to give you good and expert advice, and to take beautiful and memorable photographs, I cannot recommend Lisa and Neil enough.

Lisa and Neil are the best at what they do! Not only that but they are just the loveliest couple. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, calm and really funny!

We received the link to all our photos in less than a week and they were beyond anything we could have imagined. Absolutely incredible!

It was a pleasure to have them as part of our day and if you don't book them for your wedding, give your head a wobble!!

I can not recommend Lisa and Neil enough. Funny, kind and at all time professional - they put both myself and my husband completely at ease on our big day and we had such fun doing our couple photo shoot. The photos are amazing and we have had so many lovely compliments from our family and friends on them. They are incredible!

Lisa and Neil were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Due to COVID our wedding plans changed and they were more than happy to accommodate us and were a pleasure to chat with every time! All the initial discussions and set up were very easy and as a result I felt no stress whatsoever about booking them.
On the actual wedding day, both provided much more than just photography (thanks for doing up my dress Lisa!!) and were so professional and easy to get along with. Our photos are absolutely beautiful and I get a little teary every time I look at them. Both group shots and candid pictures are amazing and high quality and the relaxed laid back essence of our day was captured perfectly.
I would absolutely recommend Him&Her for any and all photography needs! Such wonderful lovely people with such talent!

Lisa and Neil were incredible. There are no other words for it. From start to finish they were there to answer every question and used their wealth of knowledge to help make our day even better.
After seeing their portfolio, we set our expectations high - Lisa and Neil surpassed every one of them. They made us feel so relaxed on the day, having them there felt so natural, and our guests loved how fun they were too!

Lisa and Neil photographed our tiny covid restricted wedding in Oct 2020 and they did a fantastic job.
We had a telephone conversation with them before hand to go through what we wanted and just generally talk about how the day would run. They were so friendly and chatty we both felt at ease instantly and knew they were the best choice for us.

On the day they made both our guests and us feel completely at ease from the start telling us exactly what to do to get the best results, best of all they made it a fun and enjoyable experience. They even got excited when it started to rain. Much to my amazement they were right, the photos in the rain were fabulous and among my favourites.

Our couple shoot was really enjoyable and it was not something either of us expected to enjoy, both not really liking our photo being taken, but they really did make it fun and a lovely experience on our wedding day.

I would highly recommend this talented couple. The photos were just stunning and exactly the look we were going for. Bonus points for knowing all the cool secret spots at the venue to get some of the most beautiful shots.

If you book Lisa and Neil you will not be dissapointed. We only wish we had been able to have our full day so we could have had even more amazing photos.

Lisa and Neil photographed our small covid friendly wedding in December 2020 and they were an absolute joy to have at our wedding. They put everyone at ease and really helped with the logistics of the day! The end result photos are absolutely stunning and they really captured the emotion of the day, with some incredible shots in the rain. Look no further, these two are the best!

I have always wanted to learn more about wedding photography, specifically documentary style photography. Then just a few weeks ago I was lucky enough to take part in a zoom call with some other interested photographers and two professional wedding photographers, Lisa and Neil from Him&Her Wedding Photography. We really couldn't have asked for two better people to take us through the ins and outs and ups and downs of wedding photography. They know so much, are amazingly talented photographers, tell it like it is and to top it off, two super fun people, so expect lots of laughs! I came away from this call with renewed interest in venturing into wedding photography, thanks guys!

Lisa and Neil were amazing from our first meeting. They were very responsive with any emails, phone calls and queries I sent them which is exactly what you need when planning a wedding. Our wedding ended up taking many forms (thanks Covid) but Lisa and Neil were supportive through every change. They helped make sure things ran smoothly on the day too. They put us both at ease when taking pictures with the end result being really natural, non-posed photos. Every single photo is incredible. They captured so many special moments and I am so grateful. I can't recommend them enough.

Like many couples in 2020 my husband and I had multiple wedding plans. After our original plan fell through in America we re-booked our wedding in England and the hunt was on for new suppliers. Photographs were the most important thing to us as a couple. After some extensive Instagram searching I found Him and her photography... and straight away knew I wanted them to photograph our day. Lisa and Neil's style was exactly what we were looking for. Relaxed, personable and fun. Right from the get go all communication we had with Lisa and Neil was great. From our initial chats over email to Skype conversations they put us at ease and we knew they were the right for for us as a couple. 3 weeks before our original wedding date we decided to push it forward with worry of restrictions changing and moved it to a new date within the next 8 days. Lisa and Neil were lucky available and without hesitation changed the date. And we’re so glad they could. We had the best morning capturing our special day with them. It genuinely felt like we had two friends following us around and taking pictures! As a couple we don’t like having our photos taken however we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Lisa and Neil took us to lots of different places around our ceremony location and really worked with our personality to get some wonderful pictures. We have so many photos now to choose from. And with an online album we are able to send our friends and family who weren’t able to be there in person - which is really wonderful. Thank you so much, both of you once again.

Him & Her were highly recommended to us as wedding photographers, but our project was rather different - a portfolio of family photos as a birthday present for my husband's 75th birthday. 4 adults, 2 small children and just 2 hours to capture: "John at home, surrounded by the people and things that mean most to him" Lisa & Neil were amazing; utterly charming and totally professional. Within minutes the children were their best friends and we all relaxed into a photo shoot that captured a happy, fleeting afternoon. The resulting photos range from the serious to the silly; some artfully posed; lots of spontaneous smiles. We're all delighted with the outcome and look forward to working with them again on a future project.

Lisa & Neil from the start were amazing and it was an easy choice for us to choose them as out wedding photographers. We were at ease from our first time meeting them, it was like seeing old friends.
They were in regular contact with us up until the big day and offered any expertise and advice they could.

We can't recommend Neil & Lisa enough, they were absolutely brilliant! From the moment we spoke to them we knew they were the right photographers for us! They both guided us through out the whole process and we really appreciated their advice on quite a few things.
They were incredible on the day and made us both feel so relaxed and comfortable. They instructed our guests well (which i can imagine could be a nightmare) and we really enjoyed having them there.
James and I get a bit uncomfortable with staged photos together and they made us both relax and enjoy everything.
The photos are also incredible and we have so many good ones to choose from. We both thought they were so fantastic and were so happy we found them.
10/10 for everything!

Lisa and Neil did such an amazing job photographing our day - the photographs are incredible and they captured so many little moments and nuances. They even managed to get some amazing portraits for us despite the weather being horrendous. We got 3 minutes of sunshine and they made the absolute most of it! The photos are so natural and truly capture the day. If their incredible work wasn’t enough - they’re also the loveliest people to spend time with. They made us and all our guests feel so at ease and went above and beyond to help the day run smoothly. If you’re even vaguely considering getting in touch with them to photograph your day - do it, now! You 100% won’t regret it.

Lisa and Neil were fantastic start to finish. From the initial conversation we had, we had total confidence in their ability. Rather than just emails, they made the effort to both have a chat with us over Skype and face to face, so by the time the wedding came around, they knew exactly what we wanted but also we felt very comfortable around them.

They delivered the pictures 6 days after our wedding and each and every photo was what we wanted. But more importantly, we had great fun with them on the day. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Where do I start with how amazing Lisa and Neil are?!
From the moment we met them, we knew we had found our wedding photographers.
Both myself and my husband hate having our photo taken but just from speaking to these guys, we were laughing away and felt completely relaxed.

Neil and Lisa were absolutely brilliant from the start of our wedding planning. We had a great meeting with them when we went over all our wants/looked at their work. With both of us being camera shy we were keen to hire photographers who put us at ease, and they certainly did that! They were great on the day and the guests all commented how lovely they both were, and the photos were great-> what else do you need! If you want great photos, and wonderful photographers, hire Neil and Lisa!

Lisa and Neil are such a fun couple who we had a great laugh with at our initial meeting. It was therefore a very easy choice to have them photograph our wedding.
The photographs were exactly what we had asked for and we received them so quickly that all our family and friends were amazed as many couples wait for weeks.

We booked Lisa and Neil following a meet with them at a local pub, we hadn’t met with any other photographers and left that meeting definitely wanting to book them. Communication from them is spot on, they were able to help us with our timings and what happens when.
We were both put at ease when photos were being taken! We have had glowing comments from our guests about how east going/friendly and approachable they both are.
We received our pics whilst on honeymoon and were simply awestruck over them. Absolutely stunning and better than we could have imagined.
If we were doing this all over again, it would be Lisa and Neil we would come to.
