Ordered twice now. November 2024 ordered 1200litres but there wasnt enough room in the tank. The guy filled the tank and invoice was put through the door for the 930litres it took.
Monday I ordered 900 litres, the guy came today and said there wasnt much in the tank. Was pleased he told me this as id rather fill it for winter and asked him to put 1100litres in.
He told me this filled the tank and put invoice through the door a short while later. They honoured the price of the day I ordered. Good honest and friendly service. Came on the day I expected aswell.

got oil delivered this morning 5 star from me, driver was spot on

Oil tank cap not screwed on after delivery, just set loose over the hole. Also oil spilled all over the top of my tank

I have been with this company for over 20 years but it seems that loyalty counts for nothing. I ordered oil on 5 December and it was scheduled to be delivered by 12 December however, it didn’t arrive. When I enquired where it was I was told it had been pushed back to 14 December. Still no delivery on 14 December so phoned again and pushed back to 16 December!! 2 x weeks to get oil delivered despite living in the same village as Lisburn Fuels is completely unacceptable. When I complained, the staff were rude, unhelpful and the manager refused to call me back. This was on top of them botching up the payments in my account. Needless to say, I have now moved my business elsewhere. Lisburn Fuels as a company has gone downhill over the years and I would advise strongly to stay away from them at all costs. If I could give zero star rating, I would!

My online order has been accepted 03/09, today is 13/09, the status is still pending, no contact from them, no delivery date known. My wife took a week off to wait on them, now the second week is on and we still have nothing from Lisburn Fuels. Save your time and avoid them, there are so many other reliable distributors around.

PROFIT BEFORE and from the little people. Customer can WAIT WAIT WAIT .Placed a website order promising 4 day delivery . Order confirmed and accepted that day .Day four am nearly oil dry . I telephone .no delivery today .No . actually it will be DAY 5 . WHY ? because we had a driver off sick since last week .So when i placed my order like other customers you knew your website promised delivery within 4 days AND you knew it would not happen but you took my order, DID NOT inform me( despite having my email address ) of the delay and as a Commercial enterprise sacrificed my comfort for your profit rather than put contract obligation and customers first and obtain a temporary driver . Profit before customer .NEVER AGAIN

Found Lisburn Fuels after seeing their Fuel Tanker several times in our area and thinking, " Their price must be keen for people in this area to be ordering fuel so far from Ballymena".
So I needed fuel, and priced with Lisburn Fuels in a very customer friendly website making it very simple to check for different quantities.
I have been using CB Fuels for some time now and they had been excellent up to now on price but Lisburn Fuels came in more than £10 cheaper and fuel delivered day after I ordered the previous evening after closing time, excellent service highly recommended.
