Absolute scam site! You purchase a product they enrol you in a Monthly subscription fee that you can not cancel - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE they will take you money over and over

Exact same experience as those mentioned below - unfortunately it was my mother who they scammed.

I ordered a neck pillow. While tracking my order, 15 days later, I noticed two orders - the neck pillow AND a VIP monthly membership. I contacted Listenbay by email immediately notifying them that I wanted verification within 48 hours that my membership was cancelled before the 18 day free trial membership. Their response was that the charge had already been taken by the system but they were going to escalate the request and somebody would get back to me. After the 18 days were up I received an email that the $32.43 US charge is valid because they did not receive a cancellation request within the trial period. Rest assured, there would be no further charges moving forward. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, forwarding them my emails to Listenbay requesting cancellation within the 18 day trial. I sent a copy of the dispute to Listenbay. A few weeks later my credit card company notified me that the merchant had submitted a credit to the account. I will NEVER deal with Listenbay again !!!

I regret not having taken the time to check the reviews before I purchased a swivelmop from this company priced at '$29.99' (turned out it was in USD which ended up costing $50.00AUD.
The item was no where near the advertised item also not complete as shown. It is flimsy and fragile and I am so dissapointed. That's the least of my worries...checking my bank statements, I noticed 3 further transactions at $75.00AUD p/m for a supposed monthly subscription that I supposedly agreed to at point of sale. Subscription for what!!!! Buying a cheap item..which ended up costing me $268.00AUD.
Unethically and deceitfully, they trick the consumer with very, very non-existent fine print, claiming obvious consumer automatic subscription knowledge with every purchase unless cancelled within 7 days.
How could I cancel this when I was completely unaware of this.
I would NEVER have purchaced from this company.
They know that most people wouldnt.
They use deceitful and sneaky practices and I am livid that I got totally ripped off! As did so many other people judging by their star rating and reviews.
They will not refund my monies, but they did offer to cancel the subscription.
Im sure that is how they make money...by unlawfully tricking people and taking their money. I am going to be more careful when purchasing online from now on. But I am still furious they are able to get away with it.

I ordered a hold-all priced £14.99 fantastic piece of kit, love it! However to date this company have charged me a total of £142.97. Apparently I didn’t cancel my ‘subscription’ after the 7 day trial period, so no refund! Why on God’s earth would anyone sign up for a subscription for a travel bag!!! A very 🤬 expensive item ! Scammers beware of Karma

How can this company improve? Stop charging customers once a month repeatedly. I made a one time purchase. Didn't even know about a "membership" until I read these reviews. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Spent over $270 for a $50 item.

Utter scam!! Just realised that have been charged $60 a month for 6 months!!

I didn't buy anything from them and I noticed they took$60.18today. can anyone tell me how I can cancel it .

Nothing stated I was receiving a free 7 day trial and it would cost me £49.99 every month for what I believe was a one off purchase.

Didn't want to give 1 star but no choice, couldn't give a review without it Ordered 1 pillow and like other people have been charged £49.99 per month for membership which i didn't know anything about. I also clicked on a link to purchase another pillow for half price, thinking this was same company, turns out to be Bundlespots.com who also charge you £49.99 per month. Have received pillows from both companies, but neither are usable, complete rubbish.
After many emails to both companies have got nowhere, i also informed credit card company and they suspended the 2 payments of £49.99 but this month have taken it, so have paid over £120 for 2 useless pillows. Never again. I did stop them from taking any more payments by logging into their websites.

DON’T touch this company, I placed an order, money deducted from my bank account but, no goods delivered and despite sending many emails chasing, I have had no response whatsoever. SCAM. warning, do not touch them.

Total rip off!! You place an order for an item then they sign you up without saying anything t a subscription of £49.99 a month. You try to cancel it and get a refund and they simply refuse!! Total scam I have now managed to cancel my account online but have cancelled my card as well!! PLEASE AVOID!!!

Checking their webside Listenbay.com is likely part of a larger interconnected scam network based in China. This network operates countless fake online retail sites with the sole intent of defrauding customers.

Red flags show this is an illegitimate business. Legal pages are copied and lack real policies. No contact info is provided to reach customer service. The website owners are anonymous. Unrealistic discounts up to 90% off aim to bait shoppers. All product info is stolen from major retailers. There is no social media presence.
The product images are not genuine, and the customer service is nonexistent. Stay away from this website!!

Inspector Barnaby would describe this as a criminal enterprise. Sadly that is exactly what it looks like to me. Purchase an item get an email confirmation describing your purchase which gifts you an account and password..to log in for future shopping. You do don't bother ever using that. Then some months later you notice unexplained debits of 39 plus USD every month. When you ask why? You get the story that somehow you are responsible because you didn't cancel during the "trial" period of the account you have never used. Incredibly shonky they should be shut down and prosecuted. If you paid by Visa your bank may be able to issue a call back on the funds from the receiving bank. Initial purchase 14th Jan ....the shonky theft of money continued untiI cancelled my card today 18th March.

Should have checked this company out. £14.99 purchase of a cleaning mop then a week later they took a further £39!
I’ve had to cancel my card and will need to register for online banking.

After one order, I am continually getting charged on both my credit card and my husbands credit card for goods not ordered and not received. This has been referred to our bank. these charges are from january 2024 to march 2024.

All I can say is be aware of ordering anything from Listenbay.com, they pin you to a free trial period and after you buy your product, a week later you will get charged a membership fee on a monthly basis with not way of knowing you have signed up for a subscription.
You will not get your money back. be careful with any purchase from them

Should have read about them before! Bought a bag for U$24.99, next minute got charged another U$37.49 for an apparent monthly fee!! Never even knew or saw this!! Emailed but very cold responds: they won’t refund and won’t help … bad luck basically!! Managed to cancel subscription and still waiting for my bag!! Totally feel scammed and never to purchase from them again!!

they automactically sign you up as a member in their controlled website to keep debiting your account every month , when all you did was order a one-off item from them. Visa and Mastercard has been made aware of their scam that should ring alarm bells with ListenBay names comes up. If monies are declined, then they have no means of recovering the same from you.

DEFINITE SCAM. DONT BUY OR REGISTER.
THEY USE A WELL HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION ADVICE WHICH REQUIRES AN OPT OUT SERVICE.
MULTIPLE EMAILS HAVE BEEN RESPONDED TO BUT NO ONE LISTENING (QUITE ITONIC REALLY)
ANYONE KNOW WHERE THEIR ADMIN OFFICE IS; A PERSONAL VISIT MAY GET A BETTER RESPONSE!
