Scammsters!!!!!
Saw a facebook ad for a garlic cutter and don't remember placing an order next thing I know my account was deducted $$ for the cutter and then it kept taking money out of my card for a so-called subscription that was never even listed on the ad!!! I wrote multiple times to their customer service only to be told that nothing would be refunded!! How do I report this to authorities

Scam bought a garlic cutter and they deducted $$ for that then took more money for nothing. Apparently they get you to be a subscriber in the fine print of terms and conditions so keep taking money until you cancel credit card

Do not order from this company as they keep charging your account repeatedly.

Bought a car dent repair tool (for US $29.99) but received a plastic toy that doesn't even hold the car surface. Scammed so badly! Contacted them, but same answer "details have been provided before purchase" everytime. They are well trained to ignore the fact. No intent of resolving the issues. If you buy a things from a shop and customer found out its not working, do you refer customer to the manufacturer or you bear responsibility and replace/refund ? Biggest Scammer! They actually deserve zero star in the review!

Do not order from this company as they are selling dodgy products. Recently ordered the Boomoon propolis 3 tubes. Advertised as bee venom for pain relief. What a joke. Not a skerrick of bee venom anywhere in their ingredients.

Same as everyone else with the fake subscription!!!!
Do not deal with fhis company they are fraudulent.

I never purchased anything from this company but discovered over a period of 4 months had managed to deduct amounts totaling to $220. I have managed to recover $130 from my bank . Be aware!!! Scammers!!

I got the product i ordered but have discovered they have taken out extra payments. Dont use this company at all.

Upon making a purchase this company automatically stores your credit card and starts deducting monthly MEMBERSHIP fees.

I was subscribed and overcharged without my authorisation. Purchased and received product but was low quality. Asked for my money back and was declined. This company can't be trusted. Don't buy anything from them.

I was charged $33.49 on my card for something I never punched. I have never used listenbay.com and I have never even heard of them. I don't even know what they sell or what they're about. And I don't care to.I want a full refund and my money returned from where it was taken.lam totally

Not product I purchased as very low quality and wrong size. They won’t do anything to resolve the situation and keep saying they won’t exchange. There is no other way to contact them and Customer support is almost nonexistent. Each reply is a different person with same information that they won’t resold the problem. DONT deal with them! A waste of money and shouldn’t be able to trade.

I brought one item off this company. Now they have told that l have script to a yearly membership. Scam big time.
Brought a item for $29.00.
Turned out l paid for a membership l didn't agree with costing over a hundred dollars.
Please people who buy off this company. They make you pay for something you didn't agree with.

BEWARE... FRAUD. I GOT CHARGED FOR 5 MONTHS GOR SOMETHING I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. WHEN I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP, THEY STILL MANAGED TO CHARGE ME THE MONTH AFTER. COMPLAINED WITH PROOF OF CANCELATION AND THEY SAY IF YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ABOUT THE CANCELATION THAN ITS NOT SUCCESSFULLY CANCELED.....

I was scammed by them saying I had signed up to a monthly subscription of £39.47

This time I made a mistake and purchased an item. From the first respond by email I suspected somthing is fishi. Then I noticed they charged me twice at the same month but with a higher price. When I searched at the internet I understood this is another scam. Don't make any business with this fraud site.

I am quite shocked by the way you take money from people who never purchased products through you.
From 10.07.23 you charge me money once a month without me purchasing anything through you.
10.7.23 you collected $29.99
On the 23rd you collected $39.99
On September 26, 2023, you charged 39.47 dollars again.
On October 24, 2023, you again collected $39.47.
And on 11/26/23 you again collected $39.47
And in December, when you found out, you canceled the card.
I would like you to return the funds you collected from my account. .

I've been charged on 2 occasions by ListenBay - $31.50 and $60.70. But I've never bought anything from them! How do you sleep at night?

I ordered some bras on the 7th November 2023, was charged $39.36 AUD, have no notification as to when it will be delivered. Can't get a phone number at all to ring. Emailed them, no response of course. Was charged again $62.17AUD, as I see everyone else has been charged membership fees without authorisation. Had my card blocked and waiting for my bank to look into it for fraud. Low lifes trying to scam people. What goes around, comes around.

This site is a scam and make sure you block your card straight away if you have brought something…. they will keep taking money out of your account? I brought shoes from this site then I had a look at my bill and they sign you up for a subscription where they take money out of your account ever month be very care full.
DONT BUY FROM THEM 😡
