Agent’s experience said put house on market between Christmas and New Year’s
My agent recommended putting the house on the market between Christmas and New Year’s, saying we might have a potential buyer who was visiting friends or family. Well she was right. My house was on the market only a couple of days and we had an offer. Although buyer couldn’t take possession for a couple of months, knowing the house was under contract was a huge relief.

The best realtor!
Mike is by far the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. He’s very personable but very honest and direct as well which I really appreciate. He is always on top of the dates and deadlines and making sure that everything stays on track. He is very responsive to text or phone messages and I don’t think I’ve had to ever wait more than an hour to hear back from him. I can’t say enough good things, but I would recommend Mike to anybody looking for an honest realtor.
