Wonderful experience purchasing a home with Clever. The realtor they hooked us up with was top notch and worked very hard to get us our dream home. Instructions were clearly given and everyone was accessible when we needed to ask questions.

The sales transaction was to be a 15 day escrow.Due to the buyers need to complete the transaction because of a travel commitment, escrow was completed in 3 days. Throughout the process, there was good communication with me with step by step instructions to complete the paperwork in a timely manner. I would especially like to thank Angelica Flores to responding to an error I had made in transfer of funds information. She responded to me over a weekend to assure me that the correction was made.

It was nice to save some money at closing by paying a lower commission! But my realtor was the best and was able to get $100,000 over asking so he got paid! Hopefully with the future referrals from me he'll make up what he missed, but everything was great from start to finish. I interviewed 6 realtors and chose the one from Clever because of him, not the commission expect of it. Thank you! Sold and closed in 32 days, wayyyy above ask!

I was transferred to an agent in my area during my first call with Clever. This agent was very knowledgeable and inquisitive on what was important to me. She met me at my property the next day and answered all my questions. The entire experience was top notch. She was very professional, personable and extremely in tune with our property. Her marketing skills we phenomenal as well.

Knowledgeable agent with great advice

Our agent, Brittany, was absolutely incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable and did everything she possibly could to get us the best deal. She was amazing. Her work was amazing. She keeps in contact with us and has gone above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best it could be for our family.

It was fast and easy to get paired with agents, and they were very responsive.

The agent was top-notch. They contacted me and scheduled quickly, and we put a plan in motion without delay. We did a few fixes the agents suggested on the day of the meeting, and it took about a week to complete. I requested some changes to the seller contact, and we signed the contract with revisions on March 24. The photo was taken on Wednesday, and the show began on Thursday. We had an offer by Saturday. By Monday afternoon, we accepted one of the offers, and my agent, Justin, and Claudia Willard stayed on top of the bank, the buyer's agent, and other things as the professionals they told me they were, and I have had people say one thing and do another by the best at their job. On April 24, we closed, which was by far the smoothest process I have ever gone through. Kudos to Justin and Claudia, and a small part to Clever, for getting me with the best agents at prices that work in my favor as a seller.

Jeb was a very kind, caring and patient man who kept me grounded during a stressful time in selling the home. Always stayed in touch and kept me informed in every showing, offers that came and gave his honest advice when I got impatient with things. He did his best to get my home sold fast so I could relocate back to Wisconsin and not just give the home away. Closing went right on time with no complications.
Im glad fate brought him to me. I wasn't an easy seller to deal with but he knew what he was doing and got us done.
