I Still Haven’t Received My Refund Despite Providing All Proof

I’m writing this review because I have been trying to resolve a very simple issue for more than 1.5 months, and it is still not solved.

A payment was charged from my bank for LitCommerce, and I provided full evidence:
– screenshots from Shopify,
– my bank statement,
– transaction details,
– confirmation that the charge came from my store using their app.

Despite this, LitCommerce support keeps telling me that they “don’t see any charge on their side” and that their team is “still checking.” Every time a new agent responds, they promise to investigate, but nothing changes. I keep sending the same proof over and over again.

After 1.5 months of waiting, I still haven’t received my refund, nor any clear explanation of where my payment went.

I’m leaving this review simply because I want a fair resolution. I’ve cooperated fully and provided everything required — now I am just waiting for LitCommerce to finally take responsibility and process the refund.

Soooooo many great experiences with Rachel I'll start with here promptness to my questions. Spot on! Very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, courteous, and enjoyable. My questions were answered in full and I felt comfortable leaving the conversation. Tactful, manneristic, clear answers and energetic. Rachel, thank you and I hope for your help in the future. I had an excellent experience with this company! Their customer service was prompt, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Be Very Careful Using LitCommerce with Wix-Etsy!

I want to share my honest experience to help others avoid the same frustration. LitCommerce might work better with WooCommerce or Shopify, but with Wix it’s a complete nightmare.

I use Etsy and eBay for my business. The connection with eBay worked okay — a few small errors, but overall manageable. However, the Etsy integration was a disaster. The API completely formatted my product descriptions incorrectly since Etsy doesn’t use HTML. LitCommerce was unable to properly convert my text to plain format, so my listings were full of broken characters and unreadable text.

On top of that, LitCommerce applied the same tags to all my products, which caused my Etsy SEO to crash. My impressions dropped by around 50%, and it took me a while to figure out that the problem came directly from their API.

Customer service was friendly and tried to help, but they never solved the issue. When I decided to cancel, I still had two weeks left on my paid account — yet they blocked my login access.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. If you’re using Wix and Etsy, I strongly recommend avoiding LitCommerce.
