This company was efficient from start to finish.
Upon sending drawings to them, quote came quickly, even with a drawing to show how the design of our beam and block flooring should be laid (my builder was both impressed and happy with this!). Delivery lead was short and arrived on time too, with the driver remembering to call my builder half an hour beforehand.
All the people in all departments did their jobs exceedingly well, with prompt and polite emails.
We can definitely recommend them. If this review sounds a bit too good - it's because we were very pleased indeed.

Excellent service from everyone I contacted at Litecast I am a retired builder and things have changed significantly in the building trade so I needed advice regarding the product which was given very patiently and efficiently From ordering to delivery was first class

Litecast are an excellent, professional floor beam supplier. Enquiries are turned round in a couple of days. Deliveries are always when stated.

From our initial enquiry design changes and amendments, everything was dealt with in a timely and efficient way with delivery in time.

After initial problems with ordering, the GT system is a great product. It's light, easy to fit and innovative in approach, a much needed addition to the beam flooring market. We used the GT15 system and no complaints at all. Our advice, though, is to follow the insulation drawing layout. If you don't use all the little offcuts you'll end up short as the quantity is calculated by computer programme! Bottom line, would we use Litecast and the GT system again? Most certainly. The staff are very approachable and helpful so have no concerns about using a new product, they're there to take you through it and do so with full technical knowledge. A helpful company with a good product.

Litecast delivered an excellent product and service, with drawing package, tailor made product and with installation guidelines.
On the practical side, far more easy to install due to significantly less weight per member than an off the shelf solution.
Would definitely use again.

We changed to Litecast beams a few years ago, their product is a far better quality. The finish on the beams is fantastic compared to our previous supplier. Their delivery from placement of order is very fast and if there are any issues with the product they are resolved ASAP. We wouldn't go back to our old supplier. First class service with friendly staff if you need assistance

I needed floorbeams during the lockdown period. Everybody from Litecast were so helpful with the design ,purchasing and delivery.
Ordered on a Tuesday and the beams were delivered on Friday. Amazing service and I will definitely use Litecast again for our next project.

Top class service, products, delivery time and customer support, can’t fault the company, swift to respond from first contact to delivery, superb design and drawings to aid installation.
