Litecast are ahead of the game as far as I'm concerned regarding block and beam. No other builders I have come across (yet) in the South use the XT System. It is quick to install, very fast turnaround to site and actually works out more cost effective. Not often you can say that. I have used them for the past 5 years and would never install a traditional concrete block and beam floor again. Every Building Inspector who we have introduced to this system has been impressed and recommended to others.

Amazing easy company fo deal with and actually will look at a way to give you their product in a more cost effective way. I have had to deal with another floor supplier before and was frankly left feeling like I should do all the work for no reward. Litecast were perfect from start to finish. Came back with a block and beam plan within a matter of hours. Once we’d double checked on site the drawings were signed off and the beams delivered three days later.
One of the best things was the guy delivering the beams couldn’t have been more helpful. Checked in the day before to see what time etc we wanted the delivery. In the end we opted for 7.30am and driver was spot on.
Will definitely be using them again in the not too distant future.

Great company, great product great prices. We have been using litecast for a few years now. They have always delivered on time with the correct order at the best price. From design to delivery the entire team are great. We would not get our block and beam from anyone else.

First time we have opted for Litecast usually going with traditional block&beam. I have to say Darren Helmsley provided a fantastic service considering the very basic drawings we sent him. The lead time and delivery of the kit was spot on, we were short a few rails and these were dispatched same day just on a phone call. I cannot fault the product for ease of installation and time saving. Other builders who know and seen this system say they will go with it over normal B&B.

In short, try it, we did and will certainly use it again.

First time I've used block and beam and out of the 3 companies I contacted only Litecast replied with a quote. We were allowed to collect from site which reduced the price significantly as it was only a small job.

I used LiteCast for block and beam flooring for a new build project earlier this year. Service was fantastic from start to finish and the beams are high quality. They also managed to sort some last minute additions very quickly which was a huge help. I will definitely be using them again.

My initial order arrived on time without a hitch. I needed a few more beams right at the start of lockdown. The staff at Litecast were still really helpful and I ended up collecting direct. Even that was hassle free and very easy. Good value too 👍

I live in Southampton but it was cheaper and easier to order from Litecast in Nuneaton that it was locally.
The process was made easy from start to finish, very accommodating, delivery driver fantastic.

Litecast ltd. Over the years I have dealt with a number of floor beam suppliers. I am not saying the rest were bad but bur didn’t realise they weren’t that good until I used litecast. My order corresponded with the onset of the virus, which disrupted everyone, but in-spite of our difficulties Litecast were always available to help. This is what good service is all about. The whole experience was made so easy from receiving their design to ordering and delivery. Everything was excellent. Sounds like I am part of this business but I can assure you I am not. First time I have used this company and wish I had discovered them earlier in my building career, as this was my last ever building as I am now retiring at the age of 75. Would have made my life a little easier knowing of them sooner.

I took some time choosing my preferred supplier for beam and block for my new self build. Once I’d spoken to Litecast it was an easy decision. They got my order! I ended up with their GT system which uses compacted polystyrene between the concrete beams. Nothing was too much trouble, lots of help too. The detailed drawing they provided was good enough to even persuade my builders who’d never used this system before that this was the future. The delivery driver also managed to negotiate the narrow lane to our site! What a result! I would definitely use Litecast again. Oh their prices and delivery times are also excellent.

Used Litecast for the second time in May, this time for a new build. Even being in the height of the Covid19 crisis they managed to give advice, process the order and deliver within 10 days. Excellent service from Lee, Darren & Aaron throughout. Would highly recommend.
