Those guys will just waste your time
Those guys will just waste your time, find proper british solicitor instead. After 1.5 year they decided to abandon my case without even notifying me. On the first day after car accident I have provided them with all necessery details, however they were contacting me at least 8 times asking to re-confirm location, date, weather condition etc , whilst all of above was already provided. I had to chase them up (according to my e-mail history) 10 times, because they will simply pass your case to another company and do nothing but wait.
