Awful company!! Child saved and bought one of the figures. Arrived with 3 parts missing. Reached out on email and social media completely ignored for 3 weeks now!

I ordered a week ago and only one figure out of 8 Star Wars mini figures has arrived so far.
It does say delivery will be two weeks, but this does not seem right.
There was also a message on my order, after I had paid, that said if an item is unavailable that they can substitute with another figure. I would not have agreed to this, and that is not what I paid for. I don’t think I will order again from this company. But will see what happens to the rest of my order.

It’s NOT LEGO even though the website implies that it is!
Don’t touch Littleblockshop with a barge pole! It’s expensive, took 2 weeks to arrive from China and the bits don’t fit together.
Absolute junk.

I ordered several minifigures didn’t realise that you also got a mystery one until after I paid for my order using the website reviews which seemed quite good on the 30th January wasn’t until later on I noticed the reviews on trust pilot I began to get a bit anxious I emailed them after a couple of days to ask if I get a tracking reference there was 2 email addresses which I sent to also submitted a ticket for good measure never got a response, however in the 5th of February I received an email which I think are automatic ones that my order had been shipped then on the 9 th I received tracking references which I have been able to track my parcels which they had split into 2 I received the first one yesterday 13th and received 2nd one today 14 th so I cannot fault the time frame as they definitely came from china
2 of them alougth he same character I wanted were not the ones I ordered as one of them I already have I did email them yesterday but have not responded to me as yet the mystery one was from the same theme which I didn’t have the figures themselves were quite good as the material are pretty much the same as when I have ordered elsewhere except for a couple of them where the legs which were plain ones are the cheaper alternative type but that’s not a problem
Overall I was quite surprised given the reviews I think I have been quite lucky this time not sure if I would order from them again as they seem unreliable, if they improved their customer service by responding to emails etc they might get better reviews so I deducted 1 star for lack of communication and 1 for the incorrect figures

I have just received a reply from the today 17 th Feb saying that they were sorry that my order was not quite what I expected stating the policy of substitute figures of the same character also stating it was in my order confirmation which it was not due to many orders and and to stop shipping delays I still stand by original review that because of this I consider them unreliable. not because of long shipping times or missing items etc I am sure they would treat that differently I was surprised that I got a reply.

One item arrived damaged and was replaced without any arguments or delays.

Parcel took ages to dispatch and then wasn't delivered. Customer service was unresponsive and slow but eventually agreed a partial refund as the courier claimed the package had been delivered, as long as I updated this review.

I won't be ordering again.

Order never arrived. Customer service is useless.
My items were at the same status for 3 weeks and Aileen on email was absolutely useless, no help provided.

Pay through PayPal so you get your money back as they are a crap company

One box arrived crushed due to the courier but the figures inside were undamaged

order arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise.

Ordered start of December 2025, there were two missing items from my order. I contacted customer service and after a lengthy wait, they asked for photos or an unpacking video to prove the items were missing. I didn't do either as I'm not an silly influencer and was also assured that the other items would follow.
Several emails later, I still do not have either the items or a refund. Apparently customer service are held to ransom by the warehouse team and can do nothing as the warehouse need to have photo evidence of nonexistent items!!
The 2 missing items were also marked on my invoice as "shipping not required", after many times of asking this apparently refers to the shipping fee. Odd that this was only marked on the missing mini figures.
Avoid like the plague customer service is nonexistent.
It is also interesting that they offer insurance against items going missing, never encountered that before and it speaks volumes about their shady dealings.
Wish I had taken notice of the reviews prior to ordering, as there are many with similar experiences.

Ordered from outside the UK and was surprised how quickly it arrived. Everything matched the description

Don’t bother! Ordered on 10th January, it’s the 30th January tomorrow and item still not received. Thank goodness I ordered only one mini figure, but why send it via EVRI? Not only did it take them ages to send it, it’s been stuck with EVRI for over a week. Originally there was no address on the delivery, so I had to update, then EVRI have now lost the parcel. I can’t get hold of this company, no one emails me back and EVRI just say sorry! Avoid this company it’s a scam
