Ordered 3 figures, received an email saying order shipped complete followed days later with another email saying one item out of stock so not sent and refunded in full BUT considering the high postage I would not have continued with the order if I’d known all 3 were not available. Sent an email last week requesting a partial refund of postage to account for the missing figure with no response to date. Order has arrived today -10 days after ordering and one figure is not correct,
Customer service is everything these days when there are so many options on the web, disappointing from this site

I would give it zero if I could. They purposely ghosted me while I asked for a return. I had up to 14 days to return and they kept ghosting my emails until the past date. I kept sending multiple emails they responding to two or three of the emails sent. They also get all the figures from World Minifigures. Don’t waste your time buying from them when you can get it on AliExpress for $2 to $3. They up the price and pass it on like it’s being discounted. I tried to cancel it earlier but it was too late. I got ripped off. Most of the figures came except one. They purposely ghost customers who are trying to get a refund while they already have a strict refund policy. I’m supposed they are even at 3.0. They shouldn’t make a single dime because all they do is outsource to different warehouses across the world and pass it like they are send directly. It’s a major scam to buy into it. All of those figures can be bought for fair prices, don’t waste your time and money.

One accessory was missing from my order but support sorted it quickly and sent the replacement without any back and forth. Handled well

After seeing they had a high score advertised in their website on trustpilot (not correct) and some good reviews I decided to order an item.

The item received was not the same item I ordered so I contacted their email support to rectify and resend the correct order. After chasing a week later, they still do not reply.

I had to have PayPal step in to refund as they were not able to offer a return (even though they advertise hassle free 14 days return).

They have responded 2 weeks later to say it says on their website they have the right to send you a different item if it’s not in stock when you order (it’s always been in stock and is now) and haven’t offered any resolution.

They are clearly a massive gamble and would not advise purchasing from their website as it is misleading and their customer services will not help you resolve any issues.

Tracking updates were a bit slow, but the order arrived within the expected timeframe.

Ordered 7 mini figures and all look great. The range of characters available is pretty big, and I was surprised to see some of them. Part of my order arrived within a few days, but the other part, I learned later, was lost in transit. Once they received my email of the issue, they sent replacement figures free of charge with priority delivery, and they arrived within a few days of them telling me, which was excellent. Only mark down on stars was that there are two emails available to contact, one support@ and one help@. Not too sure the difference between the two, but one didn't reply for 3 weeks, and the other did in 5 days. So perhaps streamlining those addresses could help avoid confusion, or providing guidance on which email to contact.

Ordered in bulk. One box arrived separately, but everything was complete and accounted for.

Terrible customer service
Ordered a while ago, have not had any emails about estimated dispatch date, read a lot of bad reviews and decided to cancel my order via email. They have not responded. Don’t bother with this substandard shop.

Cancelled my order without warning after a few days and claimed it's because I did it? Awful website. Clearly just have stock advertised for sale when it's not, and then just backpeddle when they're caught out.

The figures arrived exactly as shown on the website . Printing and build quality were solid and everything was packed securely . No complaints at all

Don’t buy from this company. I purchased a few items just recently and one of the items l received was not the same as what I ordered. I’ve since contacted them twice about my order and I have had no response. Don’t be fooled by their fancy looking website…. This company clearly don’t understand or can be bothered about customer service…. Stay clear of them!

Order arrived after quite some time. Ordered 5 figures 3 were correct other 2 seemed random. No free gift as promised in the ad, but said delivered… tried to contact company, total radio silence from them

the figures feel sturdy but delivery was too late , not much satisfied but in price its just okay

some rarer figures here that I could not find elsewhere. Assembly was straightforward

Bought as a gift. The outer packaging was damaged in transit, but the figure inside was fine

Item never arrived. Evri claimed delivered. No one could find the parcel.

I brought from them not evri. No support or help.

The designed are different from most stores offer, Which is why I ordered . Quality matched expectations

Courier marked the parcel as delivered when it wasn’t. It arrived later that evening and everything was intact.
