Extremely disappointed with Little Box.
I placed an order and requested an exchange over a month ago. I paid in advance, but neither did I receive the exchanged product nor any refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response from their customer support.
This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. It seems like they are ignoring customer complaints once they receive payment.
I’m now forced to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and take legal action through the consumer court.
Avoid ordering from this brand until they start treating customers responsibly.
Very poor service. Getting not any response from company or order status. I think this is wrong site/app to buy cloths. It should be blocked such type of company from online
Is it a scam company or what? Once you've placed the order you'd be lucky to receive it in your lifetime. The delivery time is unbelievably long. The items are not great in quality, seems like they have a dropshipping model and their clothes are sourced from China, that would explain the quality and the delivery time. Oh and if you decide to exchange your dress, only God can help you. They don't give refunds, they give you a voucher and then they charge you extra for a pickup that takes another lifetime to happen. Customer service, 0/5 stars. I hope more people read this before trying to order anything from this scam business.

The company is not responding to any of my queries over their website neither they have any other point of contact. i ordered a dress which was not my size so had to apply for an exchange and the second dress has not been delivered yet. its been more than a month now.
They say next day shipping then change dispatch to 7-14 days and then they further delay and worst, you feel like never buying it. Still no dispatch and no response. Worst
I ordered a pair of cargo pants and a straight pant from here. The straight pant came within 2 weeks, but the cargo arrived after 2 months. Well.
I tried them on and realised I needed a size down, so i put in an exchange request. They refused, as it had been 2 months and the exchange window had closed. I reached out to explain that I received half my order early and half late, so I am within the exchange window for the second pair of pants.
They have no contact number, you must create a ticket, and they respond after 24-48 hours. So i explained my part, then the next day their first response was an automated message suggesting that I check their policy and all. I sent another message, and waited another day. Thn they agreed. The process to put in the request was simple. Then I waited another month for the new size (M) to arrive- except that when I opened the package, it contained a size XS. Now i went to put in a second exchange, but per their policy only one exchange is allowed. Again, I reached out to explain that this is an error on their end, and I had put in a request for a size M. Waited 24 hours only to receive the automated response. After 4-5 days of explaining, they finally agreed to send a size M (the correct size). It arrived within 2 weeks, thankfully.
And as for the quality of the product, I'm sorry, I will never be buying from them again. The fabric is largely polyester, it's too hot to wear in summer and not warm enough for winter (although you can layer it), and it's much too thin and flimsy for a pair of pants- you can see the outline of the undergarments when you wear it. The stitching is untidy and some of it started coming loose after 2 wears.
I wear it sometimes in the winter, with full fleece stockings underneath, so no outlines show, but only at home or to run errands at the local market etc. it's not worth wearing to college or anywhere else where one needs to look a little presentable.
I will not be ordering anything from littlebox India again, although they have nice designs. Delivery and return process is a MAJOR hassle, customer support is nearly nonexistent, and product quality is horrible, especially considering the price.
Worst brand i have ever seen on e-commerce platform. Worst customer service any customer could ever face. I have placed order on 22 feb and I have still not received my order nobody from their team is reverting i keep on creating tickets daily and I only receive robotic reply on it. I have zero idea about my order status. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy from this brand again and i will make sure to put my reviews from my influencer account in instagram. Fake brand fake branding.
