I was very happy with my experience. The price of the item was the best I had seen and the emails kept me up to date with shipping details. The delivery was prompt and the item was as described. It is the perfect gift for my grandson's Birthday.

No communication regarding order being received, had to contact business via email 2 weeks after purchase was made to follow up if order had been received or processed. Order had to be dispatched by supplier to business, and then redirected to me. Products arrived 14th may, order placed 23rd April.

Got the package in about a week which was not bad considering the way things are at present. The items were in good condition and as ordered so I can't complain and I'm sure my son will be happy with the towels as a gift.

Website was easy to use and sizing was easy to understand. The curtains say fully lined, so I expected them to have a thicker lining on the back, for light blocking, however they are rather thin and don't block out all light. But they are lined. The print is great and the sizes were correct. I ordered 2 pairs and only one were shipped, but once I made contact, a second pair was shipped.
Overall, happy with the product and the service.

Ordered a minecraft double bedspread. It feels very poor quality fabric and that it will cause sweating /over heating in bed. Dissatisfied. Only received 1 part of my order, second part still outstanding after some time and no explanation / communication about this. Update: received an update that the second item I'd ordered was delayed by the supplier. Then, that it was actually no longer available at all. All whilst still available on the website and stating it is in stock and will be dispatched within 7-10 days. Overall, disappointing. The 3 star review is for the variety of designs available and because my stepson loved the design itself of his new bedding.
