Ordered item that was ‘in stock’ on website. Only to find it was not in stock. After incredibly poor communication, 2 and a half months later, I finally had an alternative delivered. Communication was absolutely appalling.

After sales service is BAD
After sales service is BAD! It's been 18 days and still haven't received half of my order. Initially I was told it was already sent by express post then they said they couldn't locate it and now it's out of stock! Mind you, my emails were not responded to until I posted negative comments on Facebook!!! Now they refunded my money, which I never wanted or asked for, and told me to order again when the lamp is back in stock. I emailed them again no response. It took 3 e-mails initially before they responded after the Facebook post. They sent me a Spiderman lamp ( while waiting for the missing Avenger lamp) but assured me I will still get what i ordered coz i told them the avenger is what my grandson wanted. Considering they lost my order and it didnt arrive in time for my grandson's birthday, the "temporary replacement" doesn't mean my order has been fulfilled! It's the retailer's responsibility to ensure customers receive their orders as per delivery standard. Communication is paramount. Their process of waiting for all items to arrive at their warehouse before dispatching means there is no guarantee that the items that are already at the warehouse will still be available when the rest of the stock arrive. This further delays delivery and cause frustrations to customers. The delivery fee they charge is not cheap so as customers, we expect better!! NEVER again!

The email addresses I used are both on your website under "Contact us". Don't tell me they are no-reply accounts. For your info, I was not told of any delays from UK until 10 days later when I chatted witn an agent online on 25 Feb. On that chat, I was told the item was due to arrive the next day and my order will be dispatched by express post and was guaranteed I will receive it by Tuesday 2 March. I also asked if the doona cover doesn't arrive by 26 Feb, can the lamp be posted to me first? I was told that they will do that. When I received a message via FB messanger on Wed 3 March, I was told the lamp was posted via express post on monday 1 Mar ( which we now know is not true) but could not find the tracking number. She said she will get back to me with the tracking info after they go through around 500 tracking, she never did.. that was when I was offered the Spider-Man lamp. I received the first email response on 5 March. I was NOT kept up to date about the delay, I had to follow it up with you. I was not even told its coming from UK. You did NOT provide the info, I had to chase you for them. You did NOT respond to my emails as soon as you got them, I had to provide you my email address and where I sent them to locate them then responded to them. So NO, you do not understand my frustration because you are just making excuses for a very bad service. I want to change my review to ZERO STARS!!!

My order took 4 months to arrive. I wasn’t contacted to inform me of delays. I had to keep asking. Im appreciative that they exchanged an item. I am happy with the quilt covers once they arrived.
