Scam!!!

Should be zero stars. I ordered two pairs of shoes, which did eventually show up. They were flimsy, misshapen, horrible things. I contacted the company who said they would refund me 20% and let me keep them to gift them. I refused and they told me I would need to return them to China. I opened a dispute with my bank and was refunded by the bank, the company messaged me to say I would get prosecuted for fraud for doing this. Obviously not! They trade as Littlefair and other companies online, through Facebook adverts, and the shoes are dropshipped from China, they cost a couple of pound on AliExpress!

zero stars is more appropriate. order placed 15th Novemeber - shoes never received and no response to 4 emails, apart from 2 requests from them for a review! What a joke! Obviously a scam and wish I had read up about them before I bought!
Have raised issue with Paypal.

Total Scam

Wish I had researched more thoroughly before deciding to purchase off a facebook advert which ran under company name Littlefair by Healthflex. Ordered a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago, no update on the item. Emailed the company, no answer. Then came on here the other day and realised many people had the same experience. Google image searched the so called “Orthopaedic shoes” from their website and it’s the exact same cheap product that’s on SHEIN website! Total con. PLEASE AVOID.

Not all it seems

Seen advertisement on Facebook for littlefair orthopaedic shoes, placed an order and sent an Evri tracking number. 5 weeks later no update, put tracking number into Evri website and said parcel was being returned. Logged a claim with credit card company for a refund which has now been processed. Turns out they’re not based in Manchester so just beware!

Scam!

I’m giving one star as the No Star option isn’t there. No product after 6 weeks, and the LittleFair website says they are in Manchester. Last time I looked China wasn’t In Manchester! No reaction to any emails or post on FB where they were advertising as HealthFlex shoes.
Total scam. Lucky to get PayPal refund.
AVOID!

Do they even exist?

Ordered on 18/11, got a tracking number from China that is fake (weight 10 grams) 2 pairs of shoes don't weigh 10g. And the tracking never changed
Send several emails to the company and no reply, had to open a case with my credit card

Not recommended

I’m a size 3 and ordered a 36 but when I received the shoes they were a 35 so were too small. Contacted the company who stated I would have to return the shoes to the USA at my cost. They then sent a replacement pair of shoes in a size 40 which converts to a size 7!!! This is obviously not a British company due to the poor quality of emails and the fact that they can’t supply the size a customer has ordered. Avoid at all costs

Scam company… BEWARE!!!!

This company does not deserve any stars. I ordered shoes through facebook on 13/11. Received no receipt for my order only a request to review my purchase which has never been received. I have tried to contact them numerous times to no avail. Facebook should hold some sort of responsibility for promoting a scam such as this company.

CHEAP AND NASTY SHOES FROM CHINA

Company advertises themselves as a UK company selling orthopaedic shoes. What arrived were the worse pair of shoes I've seen. Cheap, flimsy, badly made.
Definitely not orthopaedic. When I complained, they offered a 20% refund and suggested I gifted the shoes to a loved one !!!!! I 😂 😂. I can't think of anyone I dislike enough to give the shoes to. I have opened a claim with PayPal.

Falsely advertise as a uk company , actually Chinese. tracking number they sent to me via email does not exist (they don’t tell you who the courier is so it literally is just a meaningless number ) , item never received.
