Biggest scam
Biggest scam. Ordered 2 pairs in december 2023 and its June 2024. It's almost laugh worthy. The shoes aren't coming, the company has changed their name. I bought it from a facebook advert under 'littlefair' - shameless scammers.
Scam!!!
Should be zero stars. I ordered two pairs of shoes, which did eventually show up. They were flimsy, misshapen, horrible things. I contacted the company who said they would refund me 20% and let me keep them to gift them. I refused and they told me I would need to return them to China. I opened a dispute with my bank and was refunded by the bank, the company messaged me to say I would get prosecuted for fraud for doing this. Obviously not! They trade as Littlefair and other companies online, through Facebook adverts, and the shoes are dropshipped from China, they cost a couple of pound on AliExpress!
zero stars is more appropriate
zero stars is more appropriate. order placed 15th Novemeber - shoes never received and no response to 4 emails, apart from 2 requests from them for a review! What a joke! Obviously a scam and wish I had read up about them before I bought!
Have raised issue with Paypal.
Scam
I agree this must be a scam. I have not received anything or a response to my messages.
I believe this company may be a scam
I believe this company may be a scam. I ordered shoes on November 17th. I have not received them and they have not replied or acknowledged the 3 emails that I have sent them
I paid by PayPal so have registered a case against them
Total Scam
Wish I had researched more thoroughly before deciding to purchase off a facebook advert which ran under company name Littlefair by Healthflex. Ordered a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago, no update on the item. Emailed the company, no answer. Then came on here the other day and realised many people had the same experience. Google image searched the so called “Orthopaedic shoes” from their website and it’s the exact same cheap product that’s on SHEIN website! Total con. PLEASE AVOID.
Not all it seems
Seen advertisement on Facebook for littlefair orthopaedic shoes, placed an order and sent an Evri tracking number. 5 weeks later no update, put tracking number into Evri website and said parcel was being returned. Logged a claim with credit card company for a refund which has now been processed. Turns out they’re not based in Manchester so just beware!
Scam!
I’m giving one star as the No Star option isn’t there. No product after 6 weeks, and the LittleFair website says they are in Manchester. Last time I looked China wasn’t In Manchester! No reaction to any emails or post on FB where they were advertising as HealthFlex shoes.
Total scam. Lucky to get PayPal refund.
AVOID!
Do they even exist?
Ordered on 18/11, got a tracking number from China that is fake (weight 10 grams) 2 pairs of shoes don't weigh 10g. And the tracking never changed
Send several emails to the company and no reply, had to open a case with my credit card
Not recommended
I’m a size 3 and ordered a 36 but when I received the shoes they were a 35 so were too small. Contacted the company who stated I would have to return the shoes to the USA at my cost. They then sent a replacement pair of shoes in a size 40 which converts to a size 7!!! This is obviously not a British company due to the poor quality of emails and the fact that they can’t supply the size a customer has ordered. Avoid at all costs
Scam company… BEWARE!!!!
This company does not deserve any stars. I ordered shoes through facebook on 13/11. Received no receipt for my order only a request to review my purchase which has never been received. I have tried to contact them numerous times to no avail. Facebook should hold some sort of responsibility for promoting a scam such as this company.
SCAM company
I wouldn’t even give this “scam” sight 1 but had too to write. A complete scam shoes never arrived the number they give you doesn’t exist? Beware as seen them advertising all over the place. A complete SCAM
CHEAP AND NASTY SHOES FROM CHINA
Company advertises themselves as a UK company selling orthopaedic shoes. What arrived were the worse pair of shoes I've seen. Cheap, flimsy, badly made.
Definitely not orthopaedic. When I complained, they offered a 20% refund and suggested I gifted the shoes to a loved one !!!!! I 😂 😂. I can't think of anyone I dislike enough to give the shoes to. I have opened a claim with PayPal.
Littlefare scam advertising!
This company is a scam and should not be allowed to advertise. I ordered shoes and they have never been delivered. This company advertised as Manchester based us really Chinese. Totally false advert . Beware
Also trading as Littlefairstore
Also trading as Littlefairstore , its a scam company, on gov website the person stated is unemployed and the share value of 1 is £1. Says designed in UK and USA and based in Manchester. No- made in China- cheap crap- not orthopaedic at all. AVOID. Reported to Paypal
Falsely advertise as a uk company
Falsely advertise as a uk company , actually Chinese. tracking number they sent to me via email does not exist (they don’t tell you who the courier is so it literally is just a meaningless number ) , item never received. No response from company via email. Fortunately I paid with PayPal who have now refunded.
The shoes apparently are cheap chinese…
The shoes apparently are cheap chinese imports and not orthopedic, when I tried to return them because they did not fit I was told that I had puchased them two months before I actually did and they refused to take a return this company are to be kept away from at all costs.
False advertising
The company advertised itself as a Manchester based company selling orthopaedic shoes. I have found zero records of it being based in Manchester under companies House and the shoes are cheap flats made and imported from China. The shoes are not fit for purpose and are definitely not orthopaedic.
Refund request ignored
I have requested a refund as the shoes I ordered are too big. I have emailed multiple times but they have ignored all my emails. Please think twice before ordering.
from China!!!
I havent had them yet, but they lead you to believe they are from manchester uk but they come from china...... i would never have ordered if i had known.... im not buying through facebook again ive just wasted £42.
