Not received refund

Lovely clothes, it's a shame that they're not too keen on refunding you for returned items. They received my return on the 11/01/25. I'm still waiting for my refund. There seems to have been a difference reason in each email why I've not yet received my refund. Please curvewow, give me back what I'm owed

I'm sorry to hear you're waiting on a refund.

We usually process a refund within 10 working days of arriving at our warehouse, this doesn't include weekends or bank holidays.

Unfortunately we currently have a slight backlog of returns due to a warehouse move and we are working hard to get back on track.

Once your return is processed you'll receive an email confirmation.

SCAMMERS

Worse shoes I've ever bought. The other review must be fake. Look at the reviews under Whitman. Cheap nasty shoes from China. Definitely not orthopaedic. Not even fit to be put in the bin

CHEAP AND NASTY SHOES FROM CHINA

Company advertises themselves as a UK company selling orthopaedic shoes. What arrived were the worse pair of shoes I've seen. Cheap, flimsy, badly made.
Definitely not orthopaedic. When I complained, they offered a 20% refund and suggested I gifted the shoes to a loved one !!!!! I 😂 😂. I can't think of anyone I dislike enough to give the shoes to. I have opened a claim with PayPal.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I booked a Liverpool bus tour trip which included entrance to Strawberry fields. This was a special event for my 50th birthday. Once the tour trip had commenced we were informed the tour did
not visit Strawberry fields. GETYOURGUIDE has jumped onto a genuine trip and falsely advertised elements of the trip which didn't exist

DO NOT PURCHASE from this site

DO NOT PURCHASE from this store. Son spent £55 pound of his birthday money on an apparent grey Stonehouse sweatshirt. What arrived approx 2 weeks later was a thin, cheaply made top with no Stonehouse logo. No response received despite numerous emails sent. Cheap imitation sent from China. STEER WELL CLEAR.
