Not Great
Not a great experience. I ordered something for a friends new child on the 31st of December and it was supposed to be despatched within 2-3 working days. On the 8th of January it still hadn't arrived and they sent me a customer satisfaction link so I dropped them a note that day. No response at all so dropped them another note on the 10th and the 12th. I eventually found a mobile phone number on their Facebook page so called on the 17th and a chap answered the phone saying it had been posted but he would send out another. The 20th came and nothing so I dropped him a note saying I wanted a refund and then, lo and behold, it arrives by post the following day. Frustrating as the window to give this to my friend had now passed so I had to mail it to him and his partner.
