One of the best plant shops I've used online. Excellent customer service, had a minor glitch with delivery, no fault of the shop and they sorted everything out very quickly. My new plant babies arrived very well packaged and are beautiful, healthy and well established. Love the addition of the care sheets. Highly recommend

I placed an order on 29 July 2025, relying on the store’s clear statement that orders placed after 22 July would be dispatched in week 31, along with their advertised 1–3 working day dispatch policy.

When I hadn’t received any dispatch confirmation by early week 32, I contacted the business, only to hear a voicemail saying they were closed until 4 August. This completely contradicted the information on their website at the time of my purchase.

I reached out politely to ask for the order to be sent and requested store credit as a goodwill gesture for the delay and lack of transparency. Instead of responding or acknowledging the issue, they simply refunded me without explanation—even though I made it clear I still wanted the item.

While I respect what the business has built, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, the misleading dispatch claims, and the way the issue was handled. A simple acknowledgement or small gesture would have gone a long way.

Unfortunately, I won’t be reordering.

Amazing experience. The care they took to pack the plants and ensure they were good has really ensured I come back. I’ve never trusted online for plants but the care they’ve took has amazed me, such beautiful sarracenia and so well packed, Shame I can’t give six stars

I love this shop. I have used it a few times. My only complaint is that nothing is ever in stock. It’s so hard to find what I want. The prices are very reasonable aswell

HCP is where you want to be ordering your plants from, the selection is second to none. The professionalism from staff sets it out amongst a world of lacklustre offerings. Priced reasonably for such A* specimens. Don’t walk, run to order.

My sundew arrived on time and packaged well. Very pleased with the service from the suppliers. Nice bit of info on growing also came in the package.

Amazing service and the insect eating plants I received were beautiful. Packaged with care and arrived in perfect condition. The collection I bought was lovely quality and I highly recommend this company.

Impossible to make contact with them. I have tried four four days using telephone- thats never answered, Contact form on website and emails.
Nothing in return. WHY!

Recently ordered for the first time, three plants and was a bit dubious as to how they would arrive! No need to worry, they came in a solid plastic carton with a separate compartment for for each plant. Just removed them and they were ready to g(r)o(ow)! Excellent! Prompt delivery as well! Will definitely use again!

Healthy plants well packed - thank you

First time I had used Little Shop of Horrors. Great selection of carnivous plants. Brilliant communication with them. Disappointed with one of the plants as it had been put in the pot upside down...with just a couple of leaves showing. I usually repot all my plants and glad I did as I wouldn't have realised there was more to the plant than I was seeing. Generally though plants were healthy, possibly a bit more care to be taken when potting/packing. I will order from them again though. :)

Delivered quickly very well packaged plants seem healthy advice card's with how to look after them altogether a great experience after a week the plants seem to be growing well would definitely recommend them
