Bogus charges - n way to contact them
We were charged $14.77 on 3/26 and $73.85 on 3/28 and have not bought anything from them. Website shows no orders from either of us. I have sent messages thru "contact us" on their website, got nothing but silence. Set a message buy Face Book messenger, just silence. My bank could not contact them to verify these purchases, so I am stuck.
Update: Trusrpilott wanted order number and other info. All I have is my bank statement showing the chages and the company. It was too late to send them copies of the statement' I stand by my review. Beware of a company you can not contact.

Therefor we wonder that you might have reviewed the wrong website. This is www.littlesteps.dk, a company which only ships within Denmark.

We are looking forward to hearing from you, so that we can find a solution in this very odd case.

LITTLESTEPSCLOTX3888-X4344 CAUS has nothing to do with our company, when customers are charged from our side they will see VSE COPENHAGEN appear in transaction details. Therefor we kindly ask you again to reconsider your review, because it seems like you have reviewed the wrong company. We would appreciate you sending a screenshot of the transaction you refer to to our customer support email at info@littlesteps.dk.
