Product not delivered - horrific Customer Service
Ordered a birthday gift for a 5-year old on Nov 10th and now more than 1,5 month later I still haven’t received the product. According to the website they reply in 24 hours but as there was no reply after two attempts, I’ve tried different ways to get in touch with the team behind. It took days before there was any reaction, and when finally somebody replied, there was no help or support to get. Just all the cliches - and the feeling of writing with a chatbot.
Immediately after placing the order, I received several emails - among others one that confirmed that “Lucy” from their team was already packing my order - guaranteeing me that I was in the best hands as Lucy and her team “can pack
an egg and send it around the world without it breaking.”
Definitely seems like my order is on its way around the world - not least as tracking proved that nothing happened to my order before Dec 2nd. And now it’s still underways. Horrific customer service and handling - I truly doubt that the gift will ever arrive. The company should really strive to improve not only the shipping but also the Customer Service - ensuring timely and personal handling so that customers know that it’s being taken serious.
