The ability to use Schwab as the investment platform for my HSA. Using HSA Bank's new investment platform was a terrible experience, so was very happy to be able to transfer my HSA to Schwab.

enhanced investing opportunities
I was looking for an HSA bank that allowed more self directed investing and did not limit the choices as much as my original HSA bank did. Lively, with its link to Schwab, makes that possible

Makes HSA easy
As a self-employed consultant, finding ways to provide health care and other benefits for my family and I is entirely up to me. Luckily, Lively makes that incredibly easy for someone like me who doesn't have the time (or resources) to spend days or weeks learning about different programs etc. I was able to setup my Lively account in an hour, start making contributions via ACH, setup automatic deposits into the HSA, and link my Lively account balance to my Schwab brokerage (where Lively allows investment of HSA funds as a way of growing the HSA balance.) I couldn't be happier!

Fantastic customer service
Lively made the transfer process from my previous account holder practically effortless. They allow for investment by linking with Schwab as well as other options. All in all I am very happy with having decided to move my HSA to Lively.

Great support team
My Lively debit card is nearly identical to my everyday credit card. I inadvertently used the debit card and received a notification from Lively to alert me. My subsequent support experience was great in resolving this issue.

Truly night and day difference between these guys and the competitor I switched from.
The site always works, the support agents always pick up, and they aim to be helpful. Their whole system is engineered to be helpful, and give you easy access to your money, unlike other companies, who by design, make things difficult, so they can keep earning interest on your money.
Been using these guys for a couple years now, and they are terrific. Best place to earn money by investing your deferred tax dollars easily linked to Schwab or a similar broker.
Highly recommended.
