Good service for price
Good service if you’re managing your own HSA for the price. If you want the money invested in the markets (e.g. a Govt Bond Fund), you will need to have over 3k as they will only let you invest what you have over 3k.

Onboarding was not very easy as the process is not easy to follow and informative. After finally have many phone calls everything works perfectly now! Much better now than HSA Bank since 1995

I love that this HSA is not tied to job deposits and I can manage it on my own. Claims are easy. The only issue I see is the interest rate could be a bit better.

Great experience!
So far I’ve had a great experience with Lively! They were one on the first HSA custodians that allowed me to do a trustee to trustee transfer to invest my HSA funds. Before I had money just sitting in a local bank account doing nothing.
