Choosing Lively was a great decision…
Choosing Lively for our HSA accounts was such a good decision. They have always been quick to respond to requests for dispersement. They have answered their phone when we have questions and they work well with their investment partner of Charles Schwab.

Lively app is mostly easy to use
The Lively app is mostly easy to use, but could stand to implement a few upgrades. Namely, the constant request for two factor authorization only allows for one phone number, even if there are two people using the account. Also, there is no interface yet for downloading transactions directly into Quicken. This is a major drawback. Transfers into lively from my bank account usually take three business days before they show up. This could be streamlined.

Way better than the clunky HSA my employer picked. Great web and app interfaces, very user-friendly. Easy to transfer from other HSA from Lively (takes a while, but Lively does their part very fast.

I was previously with HSA bank and experienced problem with their accounting. I'm so happy I moved to Lively, easy to use, the app is informative and they reimburse me very quickly compared to my old provider
