Very professional snagging report completed on our new build property. It gave us pace of mind that all issues were identified for the property developer to resolve them in a timely manner to avoid the issues becoming more serious.

Used Lively Professional Services Ltd to snag our new property. They were excellent. They were prompt and informative in replying to emails. The whole process was seamless. Ian arrived early and had already made a start looking around the outside of the property before we arrived. Snags were picked up we would never have noticed. Report produced on the same day detailing areas which needed to be looked at, they were accompanied with photographs too. Professional service by professionals. Would certainly recommend. Money well spent.

Nick arrived on time and was very respectful of our property whilst carrying out a very detailed survey. He kept me fully informed throughout the visit and explained things in great detail, showing me areas of concern and explaining the issues. Really happy with the service top to.bottom and the detailed report completed

We have some knowledge of building but we missed a lot of issues that were picked up in the report by Nick. We also found that the thermal imaging equipment used was invaluable to pinpoint where we were having problems

Amazing experience with Nick who did visit my property on time and was hugely helpful in explaining the defects in detail and what was required. Nick also explained what is expected from the builder as a basic standard which has been helpful for me. Their report is also very easy to understand with good description.

The level of service recieved was outstanding. We bought a new build property and decided to get a professional snagger to check our property for any defects. Lively Professional services were efficient with organising a date and produced a detailed report within the same day the house was surveyed! This was great as it meant we could send it straight to the house builder to correct the issues.

When you dial O the operator connect you to their transportaion service. They, in turn, tell you precisely what time your ride will arrive, its make, model and color. Your rides modest cost is added to your phone bill. How very helpful they are, every step of the way!
