Great service on what I ordered NOT on other items sent not ordered
Great service on the Birchwood Casey barricade.....BUT you have also sent me 500 Rifle Bullets plus another 100 .22 bullet heads!!!!! I have not paid or ordered these...I have rung you but no one answers the phone and left a verbal message.... and also an SMS message and NO response !!!

I ordered a product which was due to…
I ordered a product which was due to arrive in 3-5 working days. It has been almost 5 weeks now and the product has still not arrived. I have phoned Livens and was told that they will investigate and get back to me. I have heard nothing neither by email or phone call and I have phoned constantly to find out what the problem is. The call constantly rings to answer machine.

This is indicated on our website at the time of purchase. We have already placed an order with our supplier, but unfortunately, they do not have the item in stock either, so we are awaiting their delivery.
Our phone lines are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, and on Wednesdays 9:00 am–4:00 pm. However, due to high call volumes, there may occasionally be delays in getting through.
If you prefer, we are more than happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Alternatively, if you would like to wait, we will continue to monitor the order closely and notify you as soon as the product is available.

First class service and assistance.
I purchased and Feinwerkbau P8x recently and there was an issue with getting it charged with the air cylinder, so I emailed them and within half an hour they had replied with an answer and a solution to my problem, which I will be solving, this happened today.
Thanks very much for the immediate help and response.
Will definitely be back with anything else I need.
