5star - always excellent service

Very poor communication on when and how delivery would arrive. Came on a pallet which I had to break down and dispose of. Roof was a nightmare to fit!

I ordered fencing and posts and when the order was late I was repeatedly told they are awaiting 1 part but refused to send the rest and this carried on for 4 months until i gave up and needed a refund as I wanted it for a deadline.

Customer Service was awful as it was only email and Couldnt speak directly to anyone. Im guessing they dont have a phone so they dont have to listen to all the complaints

Great product and delivered the next day as promised.

Not only was I unable to order the items they said they had in stock, it turned out they didn’t actually have any in stock with no idea when they would. I ordered the fencing, well in excess of £800, from one of their competitors and it arrived within 2 days.

You’d be barking mad to order from this website as the suppliers ARE NOT IN THE UK as they infer

In April was told my arbour would be 4 weeks to delivery. Good just in time for summer. Then told me it would be 12 weeks. After 12 weeks I phoned them and they said it would be another 4 weeks at least. Just in time for winter ! I got a refund. Have given 2 stars instead of 1 because of fast refund. But what a waste of time. Turns out the items come from eastern Europe NOT UK.

Very happy with the fence panels once they were delivered, however it took 3 months before I was contacted to say the product was no longer available and would I want an alternative or a refund. I took the alternative however that took another 2 months before delivery. The company are also impossible to contact.

A very deceitful company who claim to be in the UK but all orders are dealt with in Eastern Europe. We ended up having to claim our money back from the credit card company who were very helpful unlike the customer services at Liveoutside. Our order was placed in May and still had nothing by mid September. I have received an email today 15/12 apologising for the delay in my order - what a joke!

We ordered our Oslo trellis on 12 October this year after we had phoned them about placing an order. We were advised at the time that all orders were to be made on line and that delivery was 4-6 weeks. After placing the order we looked at the reviews and were a bit shocked to see the feedback given. We tried to cancel the order by phoning and email but didn't get a response so based on reading the reviews we bought an alternative. Last week however we had an email from Rhenus indicating our order was scheduled for delivery on 6 December. This was followed by a further 2 emails indicating a delivery slot and then expected delivery time. Faultless - delivery of ordered trellis by the delivery time. Quality of trellis looks really good and as expected. So not a scam website !

As the same as all other reviews made an order for trellis on website it was in stock paid and the told 3-12 week delivery, got a text message saying delivery would be 12 weeks and 1 day after purchase. Then the delivery didn't turn up. Unable to get a reply on the phone or to the courier. Stay clear complete scam not worthy of one star!!

Terrible company. I ordered and paid over £500.00 for a picket fence, the website said up to 8 weeks for delivery, which wasn’t an issue on my part. I called after 6 weeks to check on progress, telephone number just goes to voicemail.

I emailed and finally had a response to say that the fence that I had ordered is now unavailable!!! Were they actually going to tell me this or just hope that I had forgotten about my order? I have emailed back to request a refund, but no response this time!! I guess I’ll be chasing my refund via the bank!! Not good :(

Do not use, its a scam. Paid £400 no trellis

Ordered 8 omega trellis pieces on 22SEpt. Tried phoning several times first but no answer. Then contacted them with request to change order to larger, more expensive trellis - but no reply to this either (despite more money being ‘on offer’)
Have re-emailed them today but expect no response before my 30-day deadline is up next Thursday before I can start the bank’s form to reclaim the money. Reading these reviews I am amazed no banks have blacklisted this company so that when people make orders the banks block the payments. Why is this company allowed to continue to take people’s money while failing to fulfill or even reply, give email receipts, or any other feedback? It seems from the other 1 star reviews that the company has maybe ceased trading without ceasing taking money? Pretty disgusted that there seems no regulation that prevents this.

I finally was contacted by LiveOutside and after discussion my money was refunded. I still don’t know why they failed to acknowledge my calls and emails but have to give them credit for this, albeit late. I hope that the reason for my bad review was a glitch in their operations.

No problem with responses from the company, replied to recent email within 24 hours. Oslo Planter delivered today, in line with expected delivery time of 6 weeks. Very happy.

Placed an order £400 received no order confirmation……rang the phone number from the website & it is out of order. Emailed them, no reply. Credit card company advised I can’t reclaim my money until after 30 days has passed. Clearly a scam & shocking that companies can get away with it - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Dont use this site. It's a scam. The phone doesn't get answered. They don't reply to emails. Thier website states that the items are in-stock and will be delivered by courier. However, order confirmation states items will be delivered in 3-12wks... Steer Clear.

Same experience as James … had an outstanding product .. Oslo trellis .. never supplied said was out of stock and no refund given now can’t make contact.

Such a shame as the gazebo was delivered and was excellent quality and customer services to start with was excellent .. something clearly happened over the summer .. been trying to contact since July … having to raise a dispute though cc company

Ordered 3rd June 2021 no reply, nothing. Phone won’t answer, goes to voice message to say try later. Checked companies house nothing visible. Had my money and ran.
