Went to LIVERPOOL AUTO CARE last 10th of October 2024 due to warning light on my 2016 KIA SPORTAGE. I was referred by one of garage nearby to them. They said they have to re-learn DPF and paid for it including diagnostics £163+! Drove off then less than 24 hours, the warning light came back on! Rang them and said bring back the car. On 14th October, brought back car and ask if they can extinguished the warning light on dashboard coz car have to be MOT'D that day. They managed to extinguished it and pass my MOT. But warning light on dashboard came back on again next day the 15th! It just shows that "THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! Honestly wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Mis-advertised their expertise!👎👎👎

Best possible experience after dealing with many a mechanic. They did a dpf clean & regen and couple of other jobs at really short notice, did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier with quality & services. Everyone really friendly & had fantastic service from Heidi. Will be going with these guys again as they’ve got my trust. Thanks

Had problems with my Nissan juke, kept on losing power and my engine management light came on. Had a diagnostic done on my car which told me my mass air flow meter was the problem. Bought a secondary part from internet and got it fitted. Checked again and the light wasn’t on and a few days later back to square one again. Sent the air flow meter back and got a replacement and yet again the same problem light came on again. As you can imagine I wasn’t very happy. Just seemed as if it was problem after problem. I took my car to Liverpool auto care and explained the situation and she told me they would have to re do a diagnostic to check to see what the fault was. I was happy with that and understood they can’t go off any one else’s word. Once they had done the diagnostic it was them same problem as previously told. He then told me that the part I’d bought had to be a genuine one from the dealer cause of the sensor and the reason for my light coming on was the secondary part I’d bought. Told me he would fit the part and re do a diagnostic for half the price once I’d got the new one. The lads made me feel welcome and the admin staff were absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend these and had no problems. The after service was brilliant and can’t fault them would highly recommend these.

I was recommended to go to this company for a diagnostic issue which was completed and the fault rectified with minimal fuss. All round I received excellent service particularly from Katy, James, Lewis and also Heidi.
I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

10/10, this company was recommended to me and so glad it was. Friendly professional service. I was quoted £600 at my local Audi garage and it was actually a simple repair for £45.00. They did it whilst I waited and even provided coffee too, couldn’t be happier!

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The technician who carried out a hardwire install my dash cam was very efficient, he’s done a really good job at hiding all wiring. Very tidy job, I’m definitely going back for any other auto electrical work I need carrying out.

Amazing service from initial phone call to double check before we left. Came to have a stereo update in our camper. Big smiles, friendly service, professional and knowledgeable staff. Heidi made us a cuppa and put netflix on for is in the waiting room. Cheekily asked if they could do a couple of little jobs, no problem whatsoever. Would highly recommend. We will be back amd we will spread the word. Thank you 😊

Had some new wing mirrors to fit to a Nissan Elgrand. The connectors from the new and old mirrors were totally different so wasn't just a plug and play fitment.
Liverpool Auto Care took the time to work out what wiring did what and managed to get the new ones to work in what seemed like minutes.
I thought I had the best auto electrician (now moved on) but now i've decided otherwise.
Customer service wise, cannot fault Heidi. She was amazing!

An awkward little job for the LAC team to remove, repair and refit the ABS unit on my VW Polo. Took a while due to ordering parts etc. but Heidi kept me up to date throughout while the lads beavered away in the workshop to get me back on the road. Much appreciated and at a fraction of the cost of a new unit from the dealer. Highly recommended for auto-electrical work.

I was told by one garage that after diagnosing an electrical fault it would cost me more than the car was worth to be fixed. Liverpool Auto Care had me back on the road for & 104 on the same day. An excellent, efficient and friendly service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
