Shocking pages, takes forever to load, probably due to the million and one adverts, and then on top of that after reading 20 articles, they want you to pay to read anymore news?? A news company that... See more

The Echo is in my opinion a pale shadow of its former self. I used to love reading it. Local reporters who understood the area. Now, it's basically trash and a shell of a 'local' newspaper. Sensationa... See more

Comments axed.

Most readers of the online Echo only log on to it to read the comments sections. Sadly over the last few months these have suddenly disappeared. Anything political is now taboo. The football forums have remained but even they are now suffering with far less people commenting. The demise of this organ is not very far away.C

Written by immature kids

Written by immature kids, most of whom are not from Liverpool. They seem to be obsessed with 'second rate celebrities. ' And are politically biased towards the left wing, instead of being openminded, and giving both sides of the story. From what, was once a great newspaper to a comic. It would be great if all the social media went down and they actually had to leave the office to get a newsworthy story.

small local rag newspaper, turns comments off as and when it suits them, biased left wing editor, not worth the paper it's written on ( could be handy for bog paper ) worst of the worst local rags, swerve it.

Why can't they leave the comments…

Why can't they leave the comments alone? They have the worst website that they keep messing with because they don't seem to be satisfied with how awful it is. They are always itching to make it worse somehow.

lots of things to do

lots of things to do. lovely ppl lots of live music pubs and clubs. only complaint I have is liverpool Council should hire more workers to clean streets really bad for litter and dog poo. so that's on the ppl running the city filling there own pockets instead of giving ppl jobs to make city a better place for everyone.
