This company is a fraud

Trash company, Trash ownership and trash customer service! They take your money and either send you something different with absolutely no effort to correct their mistakes or they just wont send you your order! Might have to take a trip to California soon.

Livesore - shame on you!

Agree - paid for June monthly subscription and received email order is ready to ship - but received nothing but they took my $$. You can't email or goto website and no way to contact anyone. What a shame - I like the different shirt every month. Really sad they haven't made announcement or provided details....shame on Sean Wagner!!

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Ordered the shirt of theonth subscription, haven't received a shirt for 2omths with them still taking money. Was told he closed up shop and just taking people's money now. Now way to contact as email is useless and site is gone.

Where is Sean Wagner

Been getting shirts through the subscription service for a few years now as a brand ambassador and no problems until May 2023 when they took payment and then when nothing came and I inquired they said payment was declined when the receipt says paid/unfulfilled. Then June came and again was charged, nothing delivered. So I go online to pause/cancel my subscription and the site is down or simply just non existent anymore. I have contacted Sean Wagner asking "What is the deal?" but haven't gotten any response. Sure $40 isn't much but how many other people has this happened to and how long will this go on? The designs have gotten worse lately too. Sad cuz the shirts fit right and were comfy. Whether or not they fix the issues they're having I have lost interest and faith in this company.

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. I have been a customer for over 2 years getting the monthly tank top with no issues until may 2023 and June 2023 with no top so out $40.00 and no communication to the emails I have sent and now no access to their website to cancel the subscription sure hoping they don't take money for July

I have always been a fan I have two…

I have always been a fan I have two years of t-shirts (1 per month). I even got my wife involved. Now I am out the cost of two shirts for two months - $19.85 each billed on May 22 and June 22. $80 of merchandise I am owed and no explanation of why I don’t get them? And can’t access the website to cancel July. They had better not bill me on July 22!

If I could give this company no stars I…

If I could give this company no stars I would! They have zero customer service so plan on no one getting back to you if something gets messed up! I’ve ordered three times from them and only got my stuff within a couple weeks one time! The first order took over two months with me sending several emails and this last order it’s been a month now and no merchandise and no response via email! DO NOT order from this company!

I have been waiting for over two months for a shirt to come in and I even asked for a refund and I get no response. I can’t even access there website anymore get for what ever reason. Not a good experience at all live sore. You are better than this!

Terrible Company. Outright Theft

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. I order four items in October 2022 and never received it. I kept emailing as that was the only way to contact them but they never responded. Finally in December I received two of the four items. I continued to email with no response. Finally got a response in Kanuaty 2023 on their Instagram page and they were going to replace the two items on back order with two different items of my choosing and a complimentary item for the hassle. I never received a response after sending them my replacement picks and still no responses on email or their social media sites and its the end of February. I am out $51.95 for the two items I never received.

Horrible customer service

I love their clothes, but customer service is horrible!!! They shipped one of the shirts wrong and I needed to exchange a sweatshirt for a different size, I shipped both back for an exchange and have heard nothing since December. I have the tracking and the package arrived soooo Where's my refund or correct items? Total bummer

Terrible

Terrible. I used to order regularly from here. I have place two orders from dec and have not heard anything. There is no customer service numbers to call. If you email customer service they sent an auto generated teply back with zero info regarding your issue. We were repping this brand throughout our entire CrossFit gym. No more. Never again.

3months and still nothing.

I ordered from them in September it is now the end of December I have sent multiple emails to try to get my order or my money back. All I get is the basic thank you for being a customer crap and I still don't have my item or money. Then they send me a discount code for their site lol. Really????? I still don't have my original order why would I order anything else. I will highly suggest everyone at my gym and everyone I know to save there money so they don't get it taken. Definitely order from someplace else.

I have ordered from Livesore before and…

I have ordered from Livesore before and had no problems at all. I was very satisfied with the product. However this last time I ordered I received the shirt and it had a large hole in the side where it wasn’t stitched at all. I contacted customer service 4 times over the past 3 months and haven’t gotten a response at all, not even a notification that they received my complaint. I also reached out via instagram messanger to no response. I’d say their customer service after sale is non existent. Sad, because I really like their apparel.

I ordered several shirts over 5 weeks ago and have not received any update of shipment. They charged my bank account but will not respond to any emails asking for a shipment update or a refund. I've done business with this company for years and this is the last time... hoping I can getting my money back

Don't shop here unless you're 100% certain you won't need to return merchandise

I have been trying to get merchandise returned to Live Sore for two months, but the returns link is broken. After emailing very shortly after my order and well within the return policy, they responded that the link would be active any day. It is now over six weeks later and I am not getting any response to my follow-up emails. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and they got no response. Beware before ordering from this company unless you are 100% certain you won’t need to return anything. I ordered from them once before and had no problem because I liked the item and didn't need to return it. So disappointed with the lack of response to my current attempts because I love to support American small business. If only they would respond and give me my money back. It is over $100 worth of merchandise that I would love to get back.

Where are they???…

I ordered 6 masks on September 25 in hopes to have them by Oct. 2nd for a gift as they stated 2 business days. I have emailed the company where they told me they would contact me by email when they shipped. Still nothing. I see others are still waiting much longer than I am. I am not hopeful. Seems like a scam company.

Ordered shirt 2months ago and still not here

I ordered a shirt. It is now 8 weeks later. I have received a couple emails explaining it is backordered (no mention of it when I bought it,). Also I sent an email complaining 8 days ago and received an auto response that said they work 7 days a week. Most frustrating thing is that the shirt is still advertised and was teven on sale 2 weeks ago. How can they sell more when they haven't had any for two months?
