I hate even leaving one star
I hate even leaving one star. I ordered 5 face masks. I ordered different colors and different patterns. I received all one color. I contacted them by email which is the only way you can contact them. I was told according to their records I ordered all black. I DID NOT. I emailed them back to tell them they had it wrong but never heard from them again. They have numerous complaints through Better Business Bureau. They get your money and they’re done. No concern for customer care.

Embrace the Pain! That's all you going to get dealing with these people. Ordered 2 masks on 27th of July, by the 11th of August they responded to me after few attempts to contact them. I got tracking number that they generated and had no intention to actually send the items. I know trash think everyone on their level, but some are smarter then you rednecks at Livesore.That's why America failed. Fat, greedy, narcissistic, ignorant dummies. I'll by from China!
Will not Ship
I placed 2 orders on July 31. I have found it difficult to get updates on my order even though they’ve charged my account. I finally received an update on one order August 8th saying one had been shipped, and again on August 10th saying the second one had shipped. There has been no activity on tracking except that the company created the labels. The postal service has not received the packages so they can be delivered.
